Each time our team reviews freshly submitted reviews, the main point is to fairly consider their values and the quality of the provided information. Aside from that, we keep asking ourselves, "Has this player truly played there?"
Our latest addition to the submit form, the username or email the player uses in the casino, was created to help us deal with this question.
Generally speaking, the casino's quality may change, and not every player has to be satisfied like you were. 🤷♀️

I was just wondering if you were responding to a player's reaction from a few months ago ? If so you can use the "reply" feature so there is no confusion.
