Spinanga Casino – generell diskussion (sida 26)

Well, if you didn't get any further and you keep getting the same generic answers then I would open a complaint on the link I shared with you in my last reply. At the moment I've seen that the casino has quite a few open complaints and a lot of players are experiencing a delay in withdrawals, but eventually even though it's been quite a long time the casino has paid the players so far. 

So I strongly believe that this will be the case in this instance as well and you will not have any further problems. 

If anything changes, let me know.

So did you get the update by email as it says on the screenshot you sent ? If so, what was the content or what did they tell you ? I'm sorry that you've been waiting so long and that it's still impossible to verify, I'd be losing patience. 

But unfortunately there is nothing we can do but wait.

Det är svårt att tro att de har haft så många uttagsförfrågningar under en månad... Jag tror att vilket casino som helst med respekt för sig själv skulle ha löst den här frågan annorlunda, istället för att avbryta uttaget efter 10 dagar på grund av ett tekniskt fel, vilket gör att väntetiden för uttaget längre. Kasinoreglerna säger att uttagshanteringen tar upp till 3 arbetsdagar, och om spelaren inte följer reglerna straffas han omedelbart... Ingen rättvisa xD

Yes, I understand what you are saying and I think you have a point. However, we know that withdrawals may be delayed not only by the casino but also by other factors. That's why we also give casinos 14 days to sort it out and if they don't, then we advise players to complain. I know that everyone would probably like to get the money sooner and not have to file one, but sometimes it's probably not possible. Anyway, I hope everyone who is waiting will see their money as soon as possible.

Can the documents be delivered to them again or not? Last time I saw it was a problem. Even so, you probably haven't moved on and I'm getting worried, but anyway the complaint is still open and we have to hope that it can be resolved.

Jag bad om bekräftelse på överföringen och de vill inte skicka den till mig... För det är förmodligen min banks fel att jag inte fick pengarna. LURENDREJERI! Och pengar kan överföras från andra casinon utan problem.

Enligt dem skickades de men banken avbröt överföringen och pengarna återfördes till dem.

Så till slut fick jag dem inte

Jag skulle bli glad om vi kunde ta ett steg framåt, men sedan den 14 juni när jag begärde första utbetalningen har ingenting hänt ☹️

So you'll have to wait until it becomes available or the casino gives you an update. But I don't understand that if they ask you to do something, it can't be uploaded, it's illogical to me. 

Nevertheless, did you try to ask if it doesn't work if you can also send it by email ? I thought of that as a possibility. 

So when the casino told you that there was a problem on the bank's side, did you try to contact the bank to find out if that was really the case or if they had an issue ? It might not be a bad idea. 

Anyway, if you have a complaint, I believe we can help you and hopefully you will get your money.

I think it doesn't even make sense anymore because every answer is the same. I would try to write to them once every 2-3 days but probably not anymore and unfortunately you will have to wait. 

I hope the casino will answer your complaint and clarify the situation. 😕

Jag kontaktade banken och de sa till mig att jag skulle skicka en överföringsbekräftelse till dem från Spinanga (Spinanga vill inte skicka mig en överföringsbekräftelse).

Banken sa att det inte fanns någon överföring till mig.

Så någon fuskar här och det är Spinanga.

Det var meningen att jag skulle skriva ett mejl till dem om detta och än så länge har ingen svarat.
