How long did it take you to receive your first payment? I have a similar situation, I received my first payment after 7 working days, but I can't wait for the second payment.

And most importantly, what does the support say about the delay, please? I do not mean to question you, but before making any suggestions, it is best to know the specifics. 🙏

They say always the same... Financial department has inform for this, we don't know how many time need it we try our best. Be patient. Anyone never tell me how many days maximum. Maybe 2 years who knows. My First withdraw yes. In status is like first day. Nothing change. You work there to them or you can help with that? Thanks

Radka doesn't work there but you can file a complaint on our website if you are waiting more than 14 days for your withdrawal. I see that you have not learned anything specific that could help us. 

Besides, wasn't it necessary for you to send any documents to the casino? This is something that could slow down the withdrawal since KYC is often required on the first withdrawal even though it is not always a requirement.
