Title: Gold VIP Account Suspended – $90 Locked, No Support Response


Four days ago, my Gold VIP account on Shuffle.com was suspended without any prior warning or explanation. I had a balance of $90, which is now completely inaccessible. I attempted to contact support multiple times via email and live chat, but received no response.


As a Gold-tier VIP member, I expected at least basic transparency and communication. Instead, I’ve been locked out of my account with pending funds and zero feedback. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to be regulated and secure.


If Shuffle.com does not resolve this issue within 72 hours, I will escalate the matter through legal channels and continue to share my experience across review platforms and social media to warn other users.


I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this site with their money.

Did this occur after you requested a withdrawal, perhaps?

Please check the spam folder in your email for any messages from the casino. Sometimes emails like this can end up there, actually.

Hello shuffle.us is using unfair software in thier original games. The tower game. When I finally started winning they literally started unfair practices to drain. I am not even looking to get that little bit of money back. I would rather see them shut down.

The best way to deal with such a situation is to contact the game provider and report it to them. You can even send it to their licensing authority as well, if you really have proof of these actions.

I have been playing on Shuffle as a player since 2023. Like everyone else, we may have had some arguments in chat or minor issues from time to time — normal things that can happen between people. My level is Platinum 2 and I have a total wager of 670,000 USD.


However, over the past year, I have received two permanent bans in a row due to false reports from people in the chat, including users with no level. I was permanently banned because of their false complaints.


When I contacted Support to ask for the reason, I did not receive any response. Moreover, I was also permanently banned from Support, which is very upsetting. Despite there being no moderator in the Turkish chat, people can report others out of boredom, and we get permanently banned. This has become a major issue in the Turkish chat. Recently, some of my chat friends have also been permanently banned.


Support responses such as "we have no information" or "we cannot interfere with chat moderators" are unacceptable. My chat history has not been properly reviewed. Sending multiple emails and receiving no response at all is shocking. It is hard to understand how, on a global casino platform like Shuffle, you cannot find anyone to address your concerns.


Even though there is no Turkish moderator, I was permanently banned. I did not do anything to disrupt the chat, mislead people, or engage in any harmful behavior that would justify such punishment. I kindly request that my chat history be reviewed.


Since I could not find anyone to communicate with, I am writing here and hope to receive a response and a resolution to my issue.

I have been an active player on Shuffle since 2023. My current level is Platinum 2, and my total wager amount is approximately $670,000 USD. Throughout my time on the platform, like many other users, I may have occasionally been involved in minor disagreements in the chat. However, these were normal interactions and never involved any behavior intended to harm others, mislead players, or disrupt the platform.


Over the past year, I have received two consecutive permanent chat bans. I strongly believe these bans were the result of false reports submitted by other users, including accounts with no level or activity history. Despite the severity of the penalty, I was not provided with any clear explanation or evidence supporting the decision.


When I contacted customer support to request clarification, I did not receive a proper response. Furthermore, I was subsequently permanently banned from contacting support as well. This left me without any opportunity to defend myself or request a review of my chat history.


It is also important to note that there is no active moderator specifically assigned to the Turkish chat. Despite this, users can report others freely, which appears to result in automatic or unchecked permanent bans. Several other Turkish chat users have reportedly experienced similar permanent bans under comparable circumstances.


The responses I received from support, such as stating that they do not interfere with chat moderators or that they have no information regarding chat decisions, are deeply concerning. As a player who has invested significant time and wagering volume on the platform, I believe I deserve transparency and a fair review process.


I respectfully request an independent review of my case and my full chat history to determine whether the permanent ban was justified. My intention has never been to violate any platform rules, and I believe the penalty imposed is disproportionate and unfair.
