i did get my money today fair play to them I still have money pending but that’s 2 withdrawals paid

They’ve just paid the pending withdrawal to me this morning I have money left in my account waiting but I have been paid £1000 so far

ive now had a reply to my email and the money they processed on Thursday came threw today!

They replied and apparently it’s due to the rules of betting more than 30% of my deposit.

i also bet the same way when they left me process the first withdrawal.

This rules is unethical and unfair .

they should block the max bet with a software.

i bet whatever money i have .

it’s gambling.

I only play roulette . Apparently we should not wager so much .

Around 40 pounds . But deposited more before without winning anything

I deposited once £200 my 1st spin put it all on win £185 then put all on again and won £900

I sometimes spend 200/300 but not one one deposit . Maybe I should to avoid those rules used against me

Here's how we feel about the max bet issue: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

On the other hand, we think that this rule should be enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place higher bets than the limit. This is one of our requirements for 'fair and safe casinos'.

If software enforcement is not possible, each case should be judged separately. Additionally, the max bet sizes should be clearly displayed, ideally in the casino lobby or directly in the games (if possible).

So from what you can see, we are also of the opinion that it would be nice if the casinos had it covered, which unfortunately is not the situation in most cases. If you ever want to know more about how we perceive different situations, take a look at our fair gambling codex.

Anyway, I saw that you have opened a complaint and I'm curious how it will turn out in the end. We are currently waiting for the casino to respond, so we'll see what the answer will be. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞

I don’t know as my last withdrawal is still pending and waiting over a l week for a £500 withdrawal is starting tomorrow be a joke hopefully I’m proved wrong
