one of the badest casinos i have ever played they dont withdraw dont play here

I have deposited once and today, a week later, got an email about a 50 euro no deposit bonus in my account. I logged on and activated it, and although I thought it was surprisingly generous for just one deposit, the money was there.

I thought "cool, now I got something to look forward to when I get home".

When I logged on again, the bonus was gone. Instead I had 50 FS at 0.1 available. Quite the difference.

I am aware bugs occur. However, there was no notification about an error having been made. That's the very least I would expect.

Also, Rooster have opted for sub-optimal RTP versions of their slots.

I see no reason to play there again.

I just had a rather frustrating experience at rooster.bet. I did a 1k deposit, with a 100% match "High Roller" bonus. This bonus isn't defined in their Terms and conditions, and the promo email sent by them does not mention any wincap, just that the max bonus a player can receive is 5k euro, and it has a 50x playthrough. So I managed to complete the playthrough with about 11.7k in the balance. As soon as the last bet of the wagering was finished, my balanced dropped to 8.3k. Support says that the high roller bonus has a wincap. Yet it isn't mentioned anywhere either in the Terms and Conditions, or the Promotiononal email. I'm trying to get my VIP host to sort it out, but haven't heard anything back yet.

Hi, thanks for describing your experience. 

As for the bonus itself, was it the first one you got in the casino or did you have some before ? When you say it had no max cap, did you also write to support why your money was withdrawn ? Didn't you also try to ask the support beforehand about the bonus if it has any max cashout ?

I also noticed that you started a complaint, so I wonder how it will be resolved.

Jag omvandlade en bonus till ett riktigt saldo men ingenting, de accepterar inte dokument (tydligt läsligt foto) de vägrar dina uttag, de ber dig om dokument som räkningar för att intyga din adress men varför? det är en stor bluff...

Nearly all casinos enforce KYC and that includes knowing and verifying your address, a bill is required to verify it. I hate KYC too, but there is no option but cooperating with casinos when they require verification as long as you want your money to be paid, this is normally only done once and then you are able to play and withdraw normally (at least in casinos that are not a scam)

Hi, SunsetGaze explained it well and there's actually not much to add. KYC is as important for the casino as it is for the player, and unless you go through this process successfully you probably won't be able to make a withdrawal. 

But what exactly is the problem if the documents are not accepted ? Are they not clearly visible when you have written what you have written in the closures ? What the casino is asking for are valid documents, so I would certainly cooperate if you want to move on to the withdrawal.

Jag läste recensionerna på trustpilot för sent - många, ogrammatiska, de enda positiva, jag är övertygad om är skrivna av dem själva - vilket definierar dem som fruktansvärda. Bedrägeri är alltid runt hörnet, på Curacao...
