Hello Friends,, Rajabets kyc verification issue... I submitted two days ago still it not completed

I played many casino's but none of them are taken not too long for verification... Takes only 24 hours for completing verification... But why this site takes too long to complete verification

I have been facing withdrawal issues on Rajabets for the last 13 days. They keep my withdrawal requests pending for several days and then eventually cancel them. Whenever I contact live chat support, they tell me to wait for some more time and claim that the withdrawal will be processed successfully soon. They also repeatedly said that the funds had already been deducted from their bank account and that the delay was caused by temporary bank server issues. However, not a single withdrawal was completed successfully, and all of them were eventually cancelled.

Four days ago, after cancelling all my withdrawal requests, they informed me that I needed to complete verification for my Rajabets account. I submitted all the documents they requested immediately, but my verification has still been pending for the last 4 days without any update.

When I contact live chat support, they do not provide any clear response regarding my withdrawals or verification status. Instead, they encourage me to place more bets and lure me into continuing to gamble by tempting me with the possibility of gaining more winnings rather than resolving my withdrawal issue.

I believe they are intentionally delaying my verification process. It feels like they are waiting for me to continue gambling so that I lose more money. I am concerned that once my balance on Rajabets becomes lower due to further betting losses, they may suddenly approve my account verification without any issues.

Hello, I'm glad you came here and filed a complaint, that's exactly what I would have recommended. 

They definitely could have started the verification process sooner, but that didn't happen. Now it's important to focus on it so you can finish it. Definitely don’t gamble with the money, because if you lose it, there’s no going back and you won’t be able to withdraw anything. 

I believe that if this drags on or you’re unable to complete KYC and withdraw your funds, they’ll assist you with it.

My kyc verification is also not done by rajabets since 36 days they are intentionally delaying kyc verification.

Oh, 36 days is quite a long time for the casino to be reviewing your documents.

Did they explain why the verification has already taken this long, or have they given you no real explanation at all?

I can see that you already have an open complaint and Lucia has contacted the casino, so hopefully they’ll respond and clarify what exactly is causing the delay.

Taking more than a month to complete one verification process definitely doesn’t seem normal to me, so hopefully we’ll find out more through the complaint.

However, I would like to ask whether it is really normal for a withdrawal to remain blocked for 38 days and for a verification process to continue for 36 days.

Your reply makes it seem as though this delay is completely normal. After such a long time, do I not have the right to ask the casino why the process is taking so long and request that they handle it more quickly?

I have fully cooperated with every request, submitted all required documents, and patiently waited throughout this process. Therefore, I do not believe it is unreasonable for me to ask for clear explanations regarding these delays.

To be honest, your response makes it seem as though I have done something wrong simply by questioning the excessive delay. I am concerned that responses like this may unintentionally allow the casino to take advantage of the situation and continue delaying this case instead of providing a clear resolution.

I would appreciate it if the focus remained on the unusually long delays and on obtaining a clear update from the casino regarding the completion of my verification and withdrawal process.
