Well, there are currently 669 open complaints, and the team is still pushing its limits. Even Tomas apologized already for the delay.

Well, if they prefer the black points instead, let's be it. But every time they'll ask us for casino updates or any kind of so-called "cooperation" all unresolved complaints must be sorted first!

I think Playboom is scamming as much unsuspecting people as they can before they pull the plug.

This is a warning for everyone reading this to not register and play on this website! 

I won a big amount and then the problems started, suddenly I couldn’t withdraw anymore to the bank account I used to deposit and withdrew 3 times to! First it was that I didn’t wager my 500 euro deposit yet while I was at 2400 and lost quite a lot already to get there, after wagering more I climbed up to 4400 euro and requested a new withdrawal, which was denied, for days they kept putting back my balance. This time they said it was because I used a bank account which was not allowed. Strange as I’ve used it 3 times already..

After 4400 I managed to climb to 8500 as the ending balance. I spoke to a CS agent who told me that there were "technical issues" which were resolved, mind you guys that his colleagues said "not allowed". Chris the CS agent told me that I could request a new withdrawal and it would be processed with the highest priority. It was 4/5pm, midnight the funds are still in my account. I placed a wager limit to protect myself as sometimes I have the urge to play. Even the 10 euro wager limit and loss limit I placed didn’t work! 

That means we can come to 1 conclusion and that is that this casino is a predatory one that will make withdrawals so hard if you win big that you might play your funds as there is no safety net working to prevent you from playing and losing everything. Very convenient for Playboom which changed its name to Playboom24, stall withdrawals with no working responsibility gambling tools and wait till the player loses everything. Rinse and repeat. Don’t say that no one warned you!

my Highest payout was 3700 but they were telling me previously that I couldn’t use Revolut to cash out. Which is a lie. Now that I wanna cash out 8500 euro hell begins. Don’t even play there anymore if you win big you can say goodbye to that money.

It will drop lower with every unresolved case. We just can't set the rating to zero instantly, every punishment must be proven fair first. Otherwise, we would be the same as unfair casinos.

Don't worry, now the rating dropped to the 4,8 points. Such updates are usually handled during Wednesday night.

Playboom24 has more casino's they operate under Sarah Eternal S.R.L..

Skycasino and paradiseplay are their newest casino. They dont show on casinoguru.


Ive registered yesterday on paradiseplay and deposit 150 euro.


I was lucky and ended up with 10k!

I verified my account and withdraw 10k.

Then a message keep popping up saying I still need to verify my account.

I emailed back and forth today to verify my account again. Then out of nowhere I got a message they are confisticating my 10.000 euro and block my account but refunding my deposit of 150 euro.


Email casino;


This email is regarding your withdrawal request and your gaming account. We are sorry to inform you that the winnings of 10000€ has been confiscated and your gaming account has been permanently closed with us as per below terms conditions.

 

8.4. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to block or close your Account on any platform owned by Sarah Eternal S.R.L. if we consider that your continued use of our Services is detrimental to your health and well-being.

 

However your deposit of 150€ will be refunded to the same account to which you had requested to withdraw.


They are just scamming me. How can a 150 euro deposit be bad for my health!? And why would you confisticate my money ?. Block my account I dont care. But they are just stealing my winnings now.


Ofcourse they ignore all my emails now. Watch out for this casino brand.

Hello, I noticed that you have filed a complaint, which I think was the right step. 

Regarding your problem and the account closure along with the confiscation of the money, do you have an account in any of the other casinos under Sarah Eternal S.R.L ? 

Have you ever asked for self-exclusion at these casinos ? Because according to what the casinos described and the reason they gave, I have a feeling that this might have been the case in the past. 

As for the casino itself, you can create a new thread about it so that we don't mix the answer here under a casino it doesn't belong to. 

Anyway, let's see what can be done and hopefully our team will be able to help you in your situation.

I had account at casinosky I think that has the same company. Ive closed my account there for I didnt like the casino there. Had a few withdraws there aswell with no problem.

I do not have a self exclusion at any other casino of their brand.

Even my account was verified at paradiseplay casino. But when I wanted to withdraw the 10.000 euro all problems came.

And out of nowhere I got this email closure of my account for my wellbeing.

So they steal my money for my wellbeing aswell!? I won that fair and square and did not break any rule. Or else they would describe that as the reason they confiscating my money.


This is just bulls*t reason to not pay out.

Sure they can close my account what they want. But why keep my money then!? If i didnt broke any rule. Because they just dont want to pay my winnings!

They are professional thieves, it's sad that online casinos like these can still operate. What they did to me was crazy, they basically kept telling me I couldn't withdraw the 8000 euro I had because the bank account I gave up was not valid, even after withdrawing other smaller winnings there with the same bank account. They kept returning back my balance into my account, the cooling off gambling tools didn't work either. In the end I lost all my money because I couldn't withdraw.

I wrote about this on CasinoMeister to warn people about these people.

Even went as far to let CasinoMeister mediate between us but they didn't respond to CasinoMeister. CasinoMeister wrote a warning about them. Steer clear people!

Yes ive read your story on casinomeister aswell.

Basically what it comes down to is that if you win big your troubles will start. And they will do everything to not pay out.

They just blocked my account and taking my withdraw with 10.000 euro with it. And will only refund my deposit of 150 euro. ( wich I didnt get yet )

Its ridiclous.

They can block my account all they want but they should give me the 10.000 eur withdraw for I didnt break any rules what so ever.
