Having sent emails it will strengthen your case , while i personally find Casino guru very helpful and supportive I do feel that the rating this casino has is too high given the nature of the complaints and the high level of negative reviews.

Casino guru has i believe a responsibility to warn players about this casino

If I may add my observation, people in charge of resolving public complaints are rarely involved in publicly displayed emails. They are usually a little higher up or on the sides of the hierarchy. When working on your complaint, I believe the proper contacts were contacted. Still, it's a great addition. Thank you.

If you read back what aradka said which is a great point. Make a complaint and then if pistolo doesnt respond which serms to be the case then casino guru will mark down the casino which results in loss of player. Plus there is a chance pistolo does respond and you get satisfaction. Its a win win for the players. Definitely submit a complaint via the casino guru platform

And malina casino is a sister casino again awful but Casinoguru has flagged this one.
