Lol, absolutely not!! I just find that playing at social casinos is more chill, and I win more often than at some of the other groups I've played at. I wish it wasn't so, but I'm not alone in noticing the decline of the experience of playing at many of the popular sites.🙂

Why is there a restriction on my withdrawal page, I'm verified already surely. Hello, according to what I have read you still have a problem with verification ? If not and I have misunderstood, please correct me. I see it's been going on for a week or so and I would say we give casinos 14 days to resolve such a process. 

However, did you also submit the withdrawal you are waiting for, or is it not possible because you are not verified yet ? 

I also noticed that the casino doesn't seem to communicate with you much, which is a pity because a reply from them would certainly be useful to let you know where you stand and what to expect next.

If you need to deposit into the casino for verification, this is normal and is used to verify the payment method. If I may ask, what amount should you deposit ? 

SO.... I sent my verification deposit of $10 in BTC on 08/29/2024. I kept checking my casino balance, only to find my $10 deposit still hasn't been added to my account. FOR FOUR DAYS, I KEPT CHECKING. I checked the Bitcoin exchange app that I used to make the BTC deposit (I've used that same exchange app for several other casinos for verification deposits and had no issues), and TODAY... After a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT of digging myself into a wormhole of bullshit, I FINALLY got my answer to why my balance still hasn't updated: Because the transaction was "fee free" (per the PacificSpins deposit methods page), I didn't think to send EXTRA funds- By the time the transaction was confirmed and completed, my $10 turned into $9.87 ..... BECAUSE OF THE MINER'S TAKING OUT THEIR CUT TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION, A WHOPPING $0.13, PACIFIC SPINS CASINO WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE DEPOSIT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MEET THEIR MINIMUM DEPOSIT AMOUNT OF $10. THEY DID NOT DEPOSIT IT, AND THEY DID NOT SAY A FUCKING WORD ABOUT IT. This policy is in their terms and conditions - but it is BURIED, deeply, within the TERMS AND CONDITIONS- almost as though they wanted to hide that policy. I had to spend an aggregious amount of time scouring through every page on their website to find it. And I am PISSED. I sent them the link for the transaction's blockchain live balance update widget. So I KNOW THEY GOT IT. AND THEY FUCKING TOOK IT, LEAVING MY BALANCE AT 0.

In this case, I would have thought that you deposit only the remaining amount, but apparently the casino will have a minimum deposit as well. Have you tried to resolve this with them and do they have a solution ? If you were sending some sort of verification deposit on the basis of being able to make a withdrawal, then I guess you would be able to withdraw deposit as well. Or did you just do it as part of the verification? Did I understand correctly that because of the 0,13 nothing was deposited but the casino received the money ? 

If so, then I would probably file a complaint and see what our team could do to resolve it.

I sent them a very angry email letting them know that it is beyond my comprehension that they will just KEEP someone's deposit and not add it to the player's balance, and they needed to figure out how to send my money back.

Not only did I get the fastest response back, via email, but I was also informed my deposit would process ONLY when my account balance was below a $1. Unfortunately I played my $50 winnings instead of requesting a new payout; so, after losing it all and waiting an hour or so, my account was updated to reflect a $9.95 deposit.

***A BIG disclaimer needs to highlight this tidbit of information, in their T&C, because I was starting to believe I sent the money to the wrong address or something .

I believe this conversation has the potential of helping many other players in similar situations. I'm sorry to see the end was happy at all. Good point mentioning the TaC indeed!

It's sad to see anger may be a handy tool; on the other hand, I must admit I would probably do the same...

I checked your previous post just to get some insight about the situation and it seemed you were going to submit the complaint back then, yet I can't find one describing your battle with the Pacific Spins Casino. Is that correct?If so, what went wrong with the idea?

Well, the licensing authority is Comoros, but I am not sure about its laws, as it is out of our expertise.🤷‍♀️
