Update i checked in with them today an not only had i still not recieved money they rejected my withdraw an it was back in casino account again with no valid reason only the was a technical issue an told me everythung i already knew an done because my bank details an how ive withdrawn money every other time has not changed an my account didnt need to be verified as they said it was fine.so ive had to make another request an they said i should not have any problem this time

Hi, have you been waiting for your money for a week, or is there some other process you're going through? Sometimes you just have to be patient. The casino has a pretty good safety index, which means there shouldn't be any major problems with you getting your money as long as you haven't broken any rules.

After the third working day, I started sending them emails every day, asking for an explanation as to why my withdrawal is still incomplete. Each time, I receive the same automatic message saying they are sorry and that I shouldn’t worry, but nothing actually changes.
This makes me believe that they are trying to mislead me and pressure me into cancelling my withdrawal.

And that's what you definitely shouldn't do. Don't play with money or rush the withdrawal, just wait. If they give you the same automatic responses, they probably don't have anything to say and are slow to pay out. But that shouldn't discourage you from getting your money.
I know it's frustrating, but waiting and keeping a cool head will be important in this case.
