Ja, allt borde vara mer transparent från casinot..du får ingen uppdatering via e-post eller information om verifiering eller behandlade utbetalningar.

Min utbetalning bekräftades av supporten, tyvärr var beloppet inte inställt på godkänt men bearbetas fortfarande. Det enda sättet att säga att uttaget har behandlats är att du inte längre kan avbryta uttaget...men förutom att detta casino är riktigt bra.

no, I can't.. the bank managed to stop the transaction. but they could inform me that it was not the same as the one I paid for. but then it's just weird that it's the exact same amount that I tried to pay out

my withdrawals got approved yesterday and I have received 2 of them but not the 3rd one. All 3 of them got approved on the same time but have only got 2 of them in my account. Is this normal or should I contact the casino again?
