Jag har också bonusproblemet. Jag har för närvarande 770 € och skulle vilja betala ut detta. Däremot stoppade bonusen helt enkelt €0,05 innan slutet och kan inte avbrytas. I 2 dagar har jag skrivit till support flera gånger om dagen och skulle vilja att denna bonus tas bort, men ingenting händer. Varje gång de påstår att det finns tekniska uppdateringar!

Yes I understand and thank you for helping players in difficulty.

it's just that it's not very convenient to have a deposit with them, which has been on hold for a while.

And I'm a little upset by this bad experience and this lack of respect, it's the first time I've encountered a problem.

You're welcome. I totally understand that sometimes it's hard to keep a cool head when you're in an unpleasant situation, especially when there's money involved. 

However, as far as not touching your funds in the account goes, I think you're thinking quite well. A lot of players gamble away their money in the end, so if you have a strong will, that's the best way to go. 

For now, let's see where your situation goes from here and hope everything turns out well in the end.

I know people who had everything done in a few days. So I wonder if one day it will be treated.

And the longer we wait, the more I'm tempted to leave everything behind.

The hope dies last. In this case, I certainly wouldn't give up if I were you. Sometimes it takes a little longer, because our team is also busy and they try to deal with each case carefully, just like yours. 

Anyway, I noticed in your complaint that Pavel took it over, and that he is trying to bring the casino into the conversation. 

So let's see where the situation goes and if the case can be resolved.

Very disapointed , i did a 400euros withdraw and its still pending after 15 days , the support is very poor only automated answers taking no responsibility , i havent get any clear answers about why the withdraw is pending and when is going to complete , the last 2 days they avoid me , probably i will not get my money back , i had no bonuses and no wagering requirments , they didnt ask about identification , probably i will file a complaint on their license provider

Hej, jag påbörjade en utbetalning på 500 euro den 26 mars kl 22:06 och idag är klockan 4.4 och det står att det är förseningar och arbetstiden är 3-5 dagar, jag har även livesupport och e-post. Jag skrev ett mejl till supporten men jag blev alltid tillsagd att ha tålamod. När jag läser här är jag inte den enda som har problem. Och svara alltid automatiskt annars loggas jag ut efter några minuter. Jag har aldrig haft sådana problem med en utbetalning, det är synd, sidan ser bra ut

Hi, I see you have filed a complaint and I would say it was the right thing to do if it has been going on for more than 14 days. I wanted to ask you why the casino hasn't given you the money yet, but I see that you only got automatic answers, which probably didn't help you. Have you had any successful withdrawals here before ? 

Anyway, we will have to be patient and our team will try to help you in your situation and see where we get to.
