CEG har beslutat att MR BET återbetalar min senaste insättning.

Men samma dag som mitt konto stängdes köpte jag 19 Neosurf-kuponger för att fylla på mitt konto med en summa av 2587 CAD.

CEG bad mig om bevis på min senaste insättning. Jag svarade att jag hade satt in 2587 CAD i 19 valörer att jag inte hade gjort en insättning utan flera insättningar för detta belopp.

Och det dåliga kasinot bestämmer sig för att ersätta mig bara en av mina senaste insättningar på $131 och de 19 andra? Du ser hur oärligt det här är av dem.

Jag vägrade och jag försåg dem med de 19 insättnings-ID:n med stödjande e-postmeddelanden och sedan dess inget svar.

So it's certainly not enjoyable. I think the other deposits should not be forgotten and I think you did the right thing by providing the evidence and the emails. On the other hand, it is sad that you have not yet received any reply, which is not exactly comforting. However, if something changes, could you let us know ? I think your experience could be useful for other players as well.

Jag har bara väntat i två veckor på att få tillgång till mitt casinokonto för att ta ut mina pengar.

Återbetalningen av MR net har ännu inte gjorts eftersom sajten säger att den har låst upp mitt konto för att ta mina pengar men bara att när jag anger mitt lösenord är det omöjligt att komma åt det och när jag begär ett lösenord för en återställning gör jag det inte ta emot det.

Jag är trött på att vänta och jag behöver dessa pengar för mitt barns operation.

Hi, I see you've already filed a request for a complaint. I think that's the best you could do since you can't access your account. I assume that support probably didn't tell you what the problem might be, that you can't access your account even though they told you that it is unlocked. 

Anyway, I'm sorry for what's happening to you at the moment. I hope everything can be resolved as soon as possible. Good luck to you and your child. 

Hi did you finally manage to solve it according to the instructions of the player who wrote you back ? Can you open the page or still not ? I tried it and it went without problems. Let me know then please.

So far no new information why your situation with blocked account occurred ? Is the casino still investigating ? 

As to whether we contact the casino, I think that if it is not resolved it will happen, but it is the responsibility of our complaints team. I strongly believe that it will be sorted out as soon as possible and it will turn out well. But we will have to be patient for a while longer it seems. 🙁

Well, I'm glad it worked out. So you don't have a problem with withdrawing or playing in the casino anymore ? I'm asking because at first you couldn't get in but I saw you mentioned these other issues. Let me know if everything is okay.

Hi Jaro. Two days If I'm not wrong. It's not that bad , but it's also not the best. The only problem is that they don't lock the withdraw money so some people may end up losing it

Hmm, I can see that this case is going to drag on longer than I thought it would. The complaint is also at the settlement stage, so as I said, patience will be needed, although the question is for how long. 😥

Of course I understand. But I would say that if it's 2 days, that's pretty good. Obviously, if the casino doesn't lock the money, it's up to each player to resist or keep playing.

I do sometimes. It's a good casino. The only thing that I didn't like is that I tried to start my verification before any transactions but for some reason they didn't let me do it !
