Hello Jaro.

they told me that i was a duplikat.

i did not play with bonus at all.


one day later they send me an email and told me they will refund my deposit only. But they wanted some documents i did send them all. And after that they wanted more. They wanted photo of the revolut card i used. So i did that but it’ was not enough for them. They are trying to scam med. I habe screens and evidenve.

Hmm, and are you aware of anything like that you had a duplicated account? Doesn't anyone in your family or friends play at this casino or on the same internet connection?

When you were going through verification, the best thing to do would have been to send them what they needed. What specifically should you send them now that you say the revolut card wasn't enough?

The casino is cheating you. I registered, provided documents and the account was verified. When I deposited money, they deactivated my account on the pretext that I used a third party account. Despite all the documents, etc., they blocked my own money. I think they are internet scammers.
