this casino is scam.

wagering 10x on live games to make sure you dont leave with money.many times i asked them to close my acount they refuse to do and let me deposit and lose .now i have 4 acounts on this casino with different emails but same name .they dont care .i get only losing spins .ridicules and disgusting.casino guru should put this casino on the blacklist and rating them high for what ever reason .responsible gaming and fair games should be the higiest prijority and nothing else .you tell the support that you suffer from gambling he replays :you have red the terms .heartless dark greedy criminal batds.

hi,i disable my acounts by myself by deleting the security future from my authentciator .since i closed all my acounts in my country is this the only casino were i can play .they know what ghey are doing .preying on problem gamblers who do not have a freewill to stop gambling .

Well, if you intentionally open 4 accounts, I'd say that this is the sign that you truly want to play. Sadly, the verification is usually triggered by withdrawal request, not by registration itself, so if this is the case, the casino may not be aware of your multiple accounts.

Were you verified immediately after each registration?

I know it sounds quite unfair, but casinos simply do not verify everybody the moment a "new" player finishes registration.

again i de posited 225€ and again same patern small win and then straight to 0 unbeliveable .how is it possible evolution gaming hire their games to unlicensed unresponsible casinos how?

iam now at 32 deposits wiyhout any win .they just play with me .i dont understand casino guru just close my complaints unresolved and giving this scam casino better reputation rating .i will now hold casino guru responsible for all my losses 5300€ .this casino should be on the blacklist untill they offer responsible gaming and better support .it is a shame that this casino just can go on .99.99% of the oversees casino have a geoblocking and supported by responsible gaming .this casino caused me many problems .

the first complaint you submitted about the RTP was closed because you stopped responding (check it here)

The second complaint was closed because you could not provide any supportive evidence:

again i requested acount closure and deposit refund i get replay refund not possible and nothing about acount blocking and i am still able to log in .

you asked me to provide proof well this is the proof i requested them at every acount .

I'm very sorry but you failed to mention your gambling issues to the casino. Petronela has kindly asked you exactly about this:

Sadly, according to the screenshot, you only asked for all your accounts closure without giving a specific reason.

Can you feel the difference between simple "close my accounts" and very specific "close my account due to the gambling addiction", please?

In the first case, casinos offer some kind of bonuses or try to make you change your mind another way because they're losing a customer.

In the second case, casinos strip you of any suggestions and close your account as soon as they technically can.

I hope it's more clear now.

Is Dama NV really the owner of the casino?


As LTC Casino claims they are anonymous without an owner (something I hardly believe).

Well, just to clarify: Anonymous casinos do not handle KYC - the know-your-customer verification (or only on rare occasions), and only support crypto payments. They offer anonymity to players, though the owner is known.

Can you share any screenshots showing the casino claims to have an unknown owner, please? Sounds weird to me.

i can confirm .they will not close your acount whatever you do .i lost more then 20 deposits here they kept me depositing even i requested many times to close my acount .finally i killed my crypto wallet to stop play .thses people are rude and heartless they care only about money even the player is dying they take the deposits.

Hi, I made my first deposit at LTC casino today in the amount of $40 worth of Bitcoin. I knew going in that there aren't any bonuses at LTC, and I read through their T & C's before depositing. So I played my favorite slot for a few minutes and built my balance up to roughly $120. So I decided to withdraw half of it back to my btc wallet. No problems with the request - they sent me an email to verify the btc address, which I did.

A few minutes later I get another email saying my withdrawal was cancelled. So now, I go to live chat. The agent tells me that I have to wager my deposit 3x before I can make a withdrawal.

I check the T & C's again, but there is nothing about a wagering requirement. Why would there be, since it's a straight cash deposit without a bonus?

My next step is to email support, along with a screenshot of my chat with the live help agent.

There response was exactly the same. 3x wagering requirement before I can make a withdrawal. I reply to the email with a simple "Ok, but where does it say that on your site", and they sent me the EXACT same email as before, with no mention of my "where is it" question.

I'm wondering if I missed something? Has anyone ever been told this? Casino Guru, would you look into this for me please? Thanks!

Hey there!

This is caused by applying the anti-money laundering rule. Casinos are not banks. You simply must play with the deposit to ensure you're not laundering any money instead. This is business-standard. I'd say, on the other hand, applying such a term on a very low deposit feels weird.

Would you visit a casino to lauder a few bucks? I would not. 🙂

Hi Radka, thanks for the reply. I did read that, but since I only play slots I didn't think it applied. And I also didnt know about the blanket anti-laundering rule, so I appreciate the info. I guess I can understand playing through my actual deposit, but I don't get why I have to play it 3x.

Once I play through my original deposit of $40, I think I should be able to withdraw the balance. Plus, I was only trying to withdraw less than 1/2 of my balance, thinking I'll gamble the rest of it. My thought when I deposited at a no bonus casino (I've never done that before) the advantage would be like playing at a brick and mortar casino. If you're lucky enough to win a little money, you can cash out.

Another thing that comes to mind is why didn't LTC just tell me themselves about the anti-laundering rule? And why isn't there a wagering rule for slots in the T &C's, like there is for roulette? I feel like my concerns were just dismissed without any attempt at an explanation.

Oh, well, thanks again for your help. Guess I'll just go play $120 (shouldn't be too hard!) and hope I have something left!
