Requested a Bitcoin withdrawal 8 days ago. Anyone with experience how long it take? Customer service keep ‘sending reminders’ but never get feedback…..

8 days for Bitcoin it's like an eternity to me.

To whom the casino keeps sending those reminders, I wonder...


Jag gillade att kasinot och bookmakern finns på ett ställe. Det visade sig vinna i slots. Men problemet med uttag av medel. Precis som FunkyDuck lägger pengar för uttag på bitcoin, exakt 7 dagar har gått, uttaget hänger på, det kan inte avbrytas. Supporttjänsten känner inte till orsakerna till uttagsförseningen och tidpunkten, den skickar bara förfrågningar och så vidare i 7 dagar. Jag kommer inte att skriva ett klagomål än, jag hoppas att det finns tekniska problem och om ett par dagar kommer pengarna att dras ut.

After repeated chasing I eventually did get my withdrawal.


I deposited again twice, but lost very quickly and now the horse racing disappeared from Sports, so I’ve given up in this casino….

2 days ago I received a message from the support service : Just had this message from management

Please message that our compliance team is reviewing his account as it was automatically flagged by the system. if all is well, his withdrawal will be processed. it can take up to 3 more days.

9 days withdrawal of funds pending. the second withdrawal of funds occurred instantly, just like yours.

Is it just me, or do you also see the pattern in the casino's approach? 😀

If the account is somehow flagged automatically, it is just a hint for the casino to check it up, it actually could mean anything scaling from nothing at all to close the account.

But I'm amazed you both are or were in an identical situation. Specifically, the fact that the second withdrawal is instant sounds interesting.

I have my fingers crossed for both of you - keep us posted.
