I can see that if you have such feelings, it would probably be best to take a break or quit playing in online casinos. I think it should just be a casual entertainment and shouldn't cause such emotions. 

Regarding your situation, I would also contact the payment provider in this case, because it might be a mistake on their side. If the casino didn't receive the money, it's hard to do anything about it because as I said their hands are tied. Try to ask what the provider itself will tell you.

Hmm, I was referring to the provider from where you sent the money. So if it was through a bank, contact your bank to see if everything went well. If it was from another company, contact them directly.

I Sverige är det förbjudet att skicka pengar direkt till casinot om svensk licens saknas. Casino har nu olika "onlinebutiker" så då använder dom 3parts betalningoperatör. Jag har pratat med min bank dom säger pengarna har gått till Mexico. Casinot säger att pengarna står som pending fortfarande. Jag har visat transaktionen att pengarna från min bank har redan tagits. Men casinot är inte så hjälpsam

Thanks for the clarification. Preferably, the casino and its third-party payment provider should look into this issue directly. At least it would make sense to me. Generally speaking, it's quite common for the deposit to end up in a completely different company with a different merchant code too.

Sadly, without having access to the payment provider, it's really hard to move forward. Nevertheless, I advise submitting a free complaint directly through our Resolution Center if you feel helpless about what to do. If nothing else, it ought to offer an opportunity to look into whether the casino is making an effort to address the problem.

Don’t do the same mistake as I did. I have played a lot, a lot. When finally I got a win of 40.000 nok and tried to withdraw , I have been waiting one day and the withdrawal was still pending . Then I went to ask when do I get my withdrawal processed they said that it takes up to two days to process it, of course they do it in purpose so you can cancel it, that’s why they won’t process it faster as other casinos does. So guys, if you want to know , yes they use 2 days to process it, I’m not sure if it’s real because I haven’t got so far to wait 2 days, I have been waiting only one day and the withdrawal was still processing so I could cancel it . Yes I have canceled it and use the funds. You will never get away with your withdrawal so it’s up to you I have closed my account

Hello, I don't want to be mean but in many casinos the withdrawal process is an even longer procedure and if you only have to wait 2 days I don't think it's a big deal at all. If you have the urge to keep playing then it's probably not good and I'm very sorry that you probably lost your money in the end. If you won such a big amount I wouldn't be surprised if the casino also did some check of gameplay, which could take even longer. 

I guess that will have to change or you will have to play in a casino where it takes a while to get your money sent to you.

Nej du gar faktist fel här. endast äckliga och oseriösa casino håller på ett uttag 24h. Casino med svensk licens betalar ut på direkten. På tal om att dom ska "titta" när man vinner stort är också ett stort skitsnack. Jag har på svenska spel vunnit 120 000 kronor och jag fick det utbetalt inom 5 minuter.och detta var på netent slots.

Your words perhaps have a good point, but still, it is quite misleading to compare how it looks when a Swedish player plays in an SGA-licensed casino to a situation when an international player plays in the casino without a local license. The conditions are different.

I can assure you that 24 hours for withdrawal is not business standard, yet it's a far too short timeframe to accuse any casino of stalling.

However, it's great you were paid so quickly. Care to share a screenshot, perhaps? Such a capable casino is definitely worth a little appreciation.
