Got my money taken with no return after talking to many support staff

Hej, jag skapade ett konto på detta casino och tog 300%-bonusen och hanterade även satsningen. Efter det var fallet begärde jag och genomförde verifiering, som fortfarande var under behandling. Efter 1 dag blockerade casinot mig totalt och sa att jag hade brutit mot riktlinjerna och de gav ingen ytterligare anledning och det är därför inget konto vanligtvis är blockerat. Jag har tittat igenom bonusriktlinjerna och jag är 100% säker på att jag inte har brutit mot dem.

Jag ville rapportera det omedelbart till supportteamet i chatten. Beloppet har inte förändrats mycket, efter de 2 snurren var det faktiskt samma belopp som efter de 50 gratissnurren. Men ingen svarar på chatten – varför? Efter 15 minuter var jag trött, fortsatte att spela för 20 cent – och skickade sedan en e-postförfrågan om att stänga mitt konto. Jag gav också anledningen.


Allt jag kan säga till folk är att om de vill ha en bonus så borde de leta efter ett annat casino.

Ya, it's better to play casinos that are regulated by your own country depending on where you live. Some of these casinos are shady.

Hm, I would say that such bonuses should be automatically credited when you have done all that is necessary to get it. However, if there is some mistake in the casino, it is good that you went to the support and even if it took an hour, the bonus was credited to you in the end. 

As for the second point you made, I saw that you didn't get an answer to that, which is a pity. The bonuses are obviously not going to be lucrative from this casino and if you decided to close your account, you probably have a better house where the bonuses are better.

Hello, was the problem you described a long time ago also related to your complaint that your deposit was lost ? Did you solve this issue or how did it finally end ? 

I saw that you didn't answer and that's why the complaint was rejected in the end, so that's why I'm asking.

My account has been deactivated in many casinos including here in the past one day.


It was all at once from Dama and many of the hollycorn families.10 or 20 or more XD


I may have been recognized as a bonus abuser. In fact, I've used almost all of the welcome bonuses on many of their sister sites.


And they probably withdrew nearly $20,000 in total.


If most of the sites become unusable, I may be able to retire from online casinos.


If I can quit with a total win, I think it would be a good opportunity. It might be a good idea to do it in a casino that is not involved in those large organizations、、、

Oh, and this just happened without any warning ? Of course casinos have the right to close your account if you have no balance without giving any reason. But it would be quite sad for a player who plays in these casinos often. 

I don't think it would be a bad idea to retire from the casinos at all, because in my opinion 99% of people end up in the red anyway. If you managed to be in the plus it's great and vice versa if you are looking for a casino to get into it, I don't think it's worth it because it can be exactly the opposite. 

So if I could recommend it, I would probably save some money.

I withdraw my winnings as soon as possible. Therefore, the remaining funds should probably be 0.1 USD or so. Maybe I was entitled to cashback, but either way, I'm not a high roller, and it's just a little bit. Even so, it is sad that I was kicked out of my favorite casino.

very long withdrawal process .. chat = robot with always the same answers. Take hours to have human to talk to you.. I don’t think it’s normal in 2024 to take 2 days received your win.

i played at this casino because it was indicated processing withdrawal instant but it is really not..

I can understand that, because it would make me sad too. But if the casinos can do it, there's nothing we can do about it. Sometimes it can prove detrimental to the casino if they close the accounts of such players, because if it was your favourite, you probably used to play more often. So you'll perhaps have to find a new one that suits you or stop playing as you announced.

Hello, are you still waiting for the withdrawal or has the money already arrived ? I personally wouldn't be negative after a few days because there are various things that can come into the process and slow it down. We give casinos 14 days to pay the player and do whatever is necessary to send the money, so that's why I say that. 

However, if you don't have the money yet and it's been going on for a while, by all means get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

also be svaret of justcasino.com it is a Dama.nv they took 100euro from my bank but did not credit it on the casinoacount.. and they compleytly dont give a F about it

Hi, unfortunately as I often say the casino always has the advantage over the player and so I have a feeling that it is not unusual for players to lose their deposit in the end and that not getting a bigger win is probably also just a random thing. 

However, have you tried this provider several times and had such unpleasant encounters with them ? 

Regarding the casino in question, have you tried contacting the payment provider to see if everything was okay ? It may not be the casino's fault that the money has not been credited to your gaming account. 

Ask around because in many cases casinos have their hands tied in these situations.

Let me know what you find out.

Yes i contacted the casino. They dont give a shit about it.. Still they marketing it self like a safe and secure casino.. A bullshit like all of them.. it is suposed to be safe and secure when it comes problems, not just when it works. I like a customer expekt them to help me when i send my money to THEM it was on their casino i deposited. Now they wont ME to chase paymentproviders and all that.. Online casino are all scammers there is no doubt about it. And they know only stupid people play casino so therefore they can akt like this

I can see that if you have such feelings, it would probably be best to take a break or quit playing in online casinos. I think it should just be a casual entertainment and shouldn't cause such emotions. 

Regarding your situation, I would also contact the payment provider in this case, because it might be a mistake on their side. If the casino didn't receive the money, it's hard to do anything about it because as I said their hands are tied. Try to ask what the provider itself will tell you.
