Warning to people. IVIbet attempts to keep deposits and refuses refunds, despite being promised on chat.


I deposited, they asked for KYC, approved everything, then asked for an alternative ID document (Don't have one).


So requested account closed and refund. Was promised this on chat.


No refund, still chasing.


There's a reason they are rogue.
