Well, in the past this casino chose a "no response" policy on several occasions, so I sincerely hope we won't see that again! Its Safety Index is literally falling apart, however, so I will be honest: happy ending would, in my opinion, be kind of a miracle. 🙁

I wish I was wrong, because I understand how frustrating this situation feels.

I'd say both texts are very well versed and sound reassuring. I understand my comparison with the unresolved complaint is disturbing. Perhaps I am taking the unresolved complaints and the Casino Safety Index too seriously.

They have been processing refunds. I got mine too. Just be patient.

Trots upprepade försök att lösa mitt problem direkt med InstantCasino via e-post och livechatt har jag inte fått något meningsfullt svar från operatören.

Mitt mål var aldrig att orsaka konflikt, utan helt enkelt att få en tydlig förklaring och lösa situationen i godo.

På grund av den långvariga bristen på kommunikation har jag dokumenterat ärendet och kontaktat berörda branschintressenter. Några tredjeparter har redan bekräftat att de utreder ärendet internt.

Jag är fortsatt öppen för dialog och hoppas innerligt att InstantCasino kommer att besluta sig för att prata och lösa problemet professionellt.

Instant Casino has been completely unresponsive for over 3 months.

• Account blocked immediately after formal contact

• All emails ignored

• No explanation, no dialogue, no resolution

I have escalated the case to game providers and regulators. Several providers have already confirmed internal compliance reviews.

This issue is not resolved and will not be dropped.

I am still open to an amicable settlement, but the casino refuses to communicate.
