Immerion Casino did it again. After weeks of trying to win something on Immerion casino,to see if they let me withdraw this time, i won about 500euro. I withdraw 250 euro first to see what happens, and after 10 minutes i recived the amount via Revolut. I sayd,thats cool,so i withdraw another 200euro, but it was in pending mode,about 3 days. Today i login into my player account to see that the money i withdraw (200euro) were back into my balance. And when i tryed to withdraw again,that area is closed "durring investigation of game provider" same old story. We are talking about 200 euro, not 10.000 euro or more L.O.L. So i conteacted the support chat,who is giving the same old story. The fact is that they dont like you to cashout,no matter the amount. Immerion Casino, Snatch Casino and Ybets Casino are brothers,same look alike website etc. They can do this always and the have no problems dooing that. Attached photos 🙂filefilefilefile

So, you were able to withdraw some money from the same amount you have won, but when you wanted to withdraw more, they said they needed to investigate the gameplay. Right?

It is really strange to do it this way and not when you requested the first withdrawal.

Correct,thats what i have done. just to test if works...Seems like didnt work entirely, only half. The second withdraw was like 15 minutes after the first one,same day
