I believe that it doesn't necessarily have to be scam to tell you the truth. Many times the game provider needs to be contacted regarding the game play, so let's not make any conclusions yet.🙏

the only one of a kind casino who is dooing this. isnt that akward? I mean i play on several casino,and never encounter this situation. But the Immerion casino is dooing this to all players, how is that providers fault then? No need to be a scam casino,i have tranfered crypto from Immerion casino into my Binance account,but its about all the rest

Unfortunately Ybets, which is an undisclosed sister casino, is doing the same thing to its customers. Many players/winners being told their gaming sessions need to be verified and give a 14 day window. Then they ask for verification to delay further.

Casino Guru is/should be aware these are fictitious checks with game provider and should ask for proof of correspondence with gaming provider to hold Immerion/YBets accountable.

Actually, no one says that it is providers fault whenever the gameplay of players needs to be checked, you know. It just may be something not clear in the way the player played the game, or there can be something that needs their attention.

If the casino has to contact the game provider and the provider checks all the requested game logs and comes back with the okay message, the player can then be paid. It is nothing unusual, I would say, and we encounter this many times, actually.

Be sure that our complaint specialists check the game logs every time there is something suspicious, and only after they can make a decision regarding the particular case.

Whenever it is on the game providers site, we are not able to do much, though; just wait.

Jag ville vara med i diskussionen om Immerion casino. Kasinot verkar bra till en början. Det ger ut en hel del gratissnurr etc. Det är dock något konstigt med detta casino. Uttagsprocessen är märkligt svår. Saldot kan bli mindre. Jag kontaktade även casinosupporten för när jag spelade med bonuspengar vann jag 8,60 med en satsning på 10 cent på Big bass bonanza. Vinsterna försvann plötsligt.

Kasinot lovade att undersöka saken, men det blev aldrig löst.

Personligen gillar jag inte kasinon där du måste jonglera mellan euro, dollar och kryptovaluta.

What did they say to you about it even though it wasn't resolved? Did they at least address it and give you a statement as to why it happened? I would have expected at least that.
