Jag skulle vilja dela med mig av min erfarenhet av Hotline Casino.


Jag vann ungefär 3 300 euro och begärde ett uttag. Mitt uttag avvisades initialt med motiveringen att jag hade brutit mot regel 2.2 (flera konton).

Denna anklagelse är felaktig. Jag skapade och använde bara ett enda konto och begick ingen överträdelse.

Efter flera mejl och klagomål återställdes mitt saldo av casinot självt, vilket visar att det initiala avslaget var ogrundat.

Sedan dess har jag upprepade gånger blivit ombedd att lämna in olika verifieringsdokument.

Jag har tillhandahållit alla begärda dokument i sin helhet, inklusive:

- Pass och selfie

- Selfie med handskriven lapp ("Hotline Casino")

- Körkort

- Kontoutdrag (med bevis på insättning)

- Bevis på adress

Jag har dock inte fått något svar sedan den 11 april.

Mitt konto visar fortfarande ett saldo, men det uttagbara beloppet är 0 € och jag kan inte göra ett uttag.

Flera förfrågningar från mig förblev obesvarade.

För närvarande verkar det som att betalningen avsiktligt försenas.

Ja, jag kontaktade livechatten.

Där fick jag bekräftelse på att mina dokument hade accepterats. Mitt konto uppdaterades sedan och jag kunde äntligen begära uttag.

Jag har nu skickat in två uttagsbegäranden (totalt cirka 3 190 €), vilka båda för närvarande har statusen "väntande".

Jag återkommer med en ny uppdatering här så snart statusen ändras.

Update:


I would like to provide a full update on the situation.

After my withdrawals were initially requested, both transactions briefly showed "success", but were then reverted back to pending.


Later, both of these withdrawal requests were declined, and instead a new €500 transaction appeared with the status "hold".


I also received an email from the casino stating that due to payment provider issues, my withdrawals would be processed in installments, and that the first €500 had already been sent. The remaining balance was returned to my account, and I was advised to submit new withdrawal requests.

Following this, I submitted a new withdrawal request of €2000, which is currently still pending.

At this moment:

- €500 remains on "hold" for several days

- €2000 remains pending with no progress

Despite multiple updates and communication, there has been no actual movement for days.


This situation is becoming increasingly concerning.

If this keeps up, you know you can contact us and submit a complaint. I’m curious to see if you’ll receive the first withdrawal that the casino said they’d already sent.

Update:


I have now received the first €500 payment.


However, the remaining €2000 withdrawal has been pending since April 28 with no further progress.


At this point, I am still waiting for the remaining funds to be processed.
