hello everybody.
Im playing at Hotline casino for 1 year. I had several withdraws, without any tested personal informations. Yesterday i won 400 euros and support asked me to send documents. i sent them everything they need, but in 8 hours they asked me again to send once more, because i sent not good visible pictures. Let me know you, that in case of verification i keep those pictures in my phone and use them for any verification process in any casino. For the rest of casinos the pictures were excepted, but for them not. they are delaying with pending withdrawal, no one responding on my email and not to forget, i need to send them also certificate of birth and it should be in PDF format. im waiting about 2 hours to except my documents. it could take up to 24 hours and another few hours for withdrawal process. Im a little bit nervous waiting for their response. So, they are delaying on purpose, money is still on balance and now im asking myself, should i play or not? im gonna be still and focused to not touch my winnings. i had to rollover 1000 euros, because i took bonus of 30 euros. bye and good luck.

i just need to send utility bill, the rest was excepted, told me this morning.I use skrill, always. And of course they told me it could take up to 24 hours again to verify this single document.
