How can it be possible that a casino blocks your account and tells you that you cannot withdraw the money you have won, nor return the deposit you made due to an alleged abuse of the bonus programs and when you ask for proof of this they cannot give it to you, They only tell you that it is a regulation and it violates that despite having done my KYC certification, they say that another account logs in from my same IP and when I tell them please which account they are referring to they say that they can't give it to me either and that it violates the politics.




It is a scam casino because when I deposited and played they did not discover anything, when I did my KYC certification neither, they only discovered their false fraud when I wanted to withdraw the winnings.





CASINO GURU should not have a #GGBET on their casino page since, from what I see, there are several people with the same problem.

In case you live with someone else, make sure no one else got an account there, also let's be logical: who (remotely mentally sane) would create two account from the same address to abuse bonuses, when they already handed all personal data and made deposits into the account? No sane person would do such a thing, I doubt there is anyone that foolish (you would be handing them free money). They will not share any sort of "evidence" with you, if they react to the complaint you already opened, they will need to share evidence with guru and guru will determine if there was a bonus abuse or T&C breach.

Also, the rating is 4.2, that's really low and it's really telling. I doubt there will be someone excited about playing on a site that has an unsolved complaint about 40k bucks that had no real reasoning behind the closure (that player was also accused of multi-accounting), so yes, it's important to have casinos like this reviewed here because it warns potential users

Hi, it's certainly not nice if the casino blocks your account and just tells you the general reason. But I understand in such cases because it is sensitive information and casinos have a process. 

As for your problem. Is there anyone who has an account in this casino and uses the same IP address as you ? As for the bonus abuse, what bonus did you use in the casino ? 

Anyway, I see that you have filed a complaint, which is a good step if you feel that there was no misconduct on your part. Our team will try to help and investigate the case.

1. Thanks to Casino Guru I got the bonus without a deposit, then I completed the rollover and I wanted to withdraw and they asked me for KYC verification, deposit and play 2 times the amount, until then everything was fine, when I deposited and met the requirement they decided to withdraw, that's where they blocked my account.



Regarding your question, Yes, he informed me about the promotion, my partner played 1 year ago and won, so I was encouraged to register, but that shouldn't matter because each one is verified with KYC.

As far as verification is concerned, probably because of exactly what you described with your partner, I think the account has been closed. However, if you both have verified accounts, I think it could be resolved. 

So I recommend updating the complaint and we'll see where the case goes from there.
