Stick with it!! Don't let their tactics put you off. Take your time and provide all the information they need. The money is yours you won it fair and square so just give them the evidence they need to show that you were able to deposit the amount you did because of the previous wins at their casino and through your dealings in crypto if that was the case. Even the biggest casinos would make stringent investigations into your source of funds so be patient and give them your proof.

Should be possible to prove source of funds I don't really know about crypto used it for a while to deposit at a casino but it was costing me a lot to deposit and withdraw I figured the only people making money were the crypto companies running it. If all is above board then you should be able to get your hands on your cash. Yes exactly. Maybe I should have walked away but this is the most exciting win of my life. I've been trying to hit big for so long, I thought I may as well enjoy it. Now I'm trying to get some of it back and I can't. That's why this feels so unfair. If they won't pay me, then why let me deposit so much of the winnings in the first place??

They still have to give you a very good reason if they refuse to play!! Keep all correspondence with them and what you have sent. If they give you a reason not to pay you don't agree with then you can make a complaint to whoever they have their licence with.

Like I said before, cooperate with whatever they ask for to complete the KYC procedure, ask them if it would be okay to share a bank statement with them to clear any doubts, make them see you are willing to cooperate, but quite honestly I don't understand why they accused you of software manipulation at first and then asked to verify your source of income, my guess is they saw they had no way to accuse you of software manipulation so they had to come up with something believable (AML policies enforcement), still cooperate, there is not much to do

We should open up some betting on if you get paid.

How about if you get paid, you pay out 50:1.

If you don't get paid, you don't pay.

Maybe you could get your initial 7K back.

If you had to pay out 50:1 on 7K, it'd only be like a third of your jackpot.
