Jag har väntat på betalningen i 5 veckor, jag har redan skickat dokument, de rullar upp och betalar inte, och sedan fortsätter de att skicka ett kampanjmail, hur kan de om de inte ens betalar.

Hi, I understand that if you have a problem in the casino you would like to get an answer as soon as possible. However, our team handles a lot of complaints so sometimes it's not possible to get an immediate response. That's what the timer at the top right of your complaint is for, which shows how long each party has to respond. It's always a week, so you don't have to worry about no one getting to you. 

However, as I said, I understand that it's not more pleasant if you have to deal with the trouble with the casino. 

If I may ask, what are your issues here?

Hi, I understand what you are saying, but as far as the complaint is concerned I explained in my previous answer how it works. There are a lot of requests so our team tries to get to each player as soon as possible.

As far as your problems are concerned, Petronela has already answered and you can look at it and respond to her questions. She will continue to investigate and we will see where our team gets to and what can be done with the situation. In the meantime, we will have to be patient.

Hi, I saw that you wrote back to Petronella and that you exchanged some answers and that it doesn't look good. 

However, if you have further information to give her that would support your situation then by all means do so. 

We'll see where this goes, because I don't want to get ahead of the outcome just yet.

Anybody pay the $55 fee and then got their money? If so how long did it take to get your money?

Hello, this seems like a pretty high fee to me. How much are you withdrawing from the casino and by what payment method? The casino has a pretty good safety index and also handles complaints, so this could be a pretty good sign that the situation could be resolved if there are problems.

Right now they are waiting for me to pay the $55, to withdraw $6000. I just don’t want to get scammed out of the money. I have it going to my cash app account.

So you shouldn't be scammed, and if you are withdrawing such a large sum, it wouldn't seem to me to be that much in proportion. Did the casino tell you if it's supposed to be some kind of verification deposit?

Yes they said it was to verify me, and the account.

I think if it's a verification deposit then it might be okay. The casino has a high safety index so if something happens, you can contact us and we will try to help you.

Besides what you said and that you're in line, they didn't tell you anything else? That probably wouldn't be enough for me.
