Thanks Radka, my fear with this casino is that they’re creating accounts on behalf of players and blaming them for multi accounts and then point the finger at their terms and conditions, which is basically fraud on their end. I can guarantee you i never created any other accounts with this casino so im curious what evidence they have.

Hey, I believe you and I understand that from your perspective there must be some other explanation simply because you are sure nothing wrong happened on your side. Makes sense, of course.

I'd like to say that from the perspective of our Fair Gambling Codex, which is sort of a manual for values applied while resolving complaints, duplicate or multiple account matters are more about the context and possible advantage involved.

I don't want to spam you with long posts, but perhaps the topic proves to be interesting enough:

Hey Radka, absolutely and i understand for those who abuse which also makes sense, but in my case i never duplicated any accounts so for them to blame me just not to pay is wrong..

Of course, I did not aim to suggest otherwise. I was merely trying to say that even if someone creates a second account, even by accident, my colleagues won't just accept that as the end of any investigation. Just as I said, though, I understand you are convinced no other account was ever created. I get it.

How do I contact my casino guru specialist? I’ve been emailing them regarding my my complaint and how to proceed but they haven’t been responding nor is my complaint proceeding to the next step to involve the casino in discussion. Any thoughts?

Hi, in the top-right corner of your complaint you can see a timer. Each party involved in the complaint, whether it’s you, the casino, or the resolver, has a certain amount of time to respond.

I saw that there are still around two days left on the timer, which is most likely why there hasn’t been another update yet. You’re not the only player with an open complaint, so Tomáš has several cases to handle, but he will get back to yours. You just need to be a little patient.

That may also be why you haven’t received a reply to your emails yet. It’s quite possible that he’ll go through them once he gets back to working on your case.

Of course, if there’s anything about the general complaint process that you don’t understand, feel free to ask here. If your question is specifically about your case, though, it’s better to wait for Tomáš to respond in the complaint.

Seems like they’re pulling the same scam on you as they did to me. Never had a second account and shut me down completely after i won 14k. I have previously won and withdrew before but never more than 2k. They know very well i dont have another account very curious what they are showing Casino guru as "evidence". I really hope the truth comes out and they pay consequences for what they’re making us go through.

I wonder how their system flags us. But I’ll definitely fight for this. I’ve been a long time user of their casino and joined when they first started. It’s ridiculous how it’s come to this point. I never went against their rules and telling me I have a second account is a joke because my account is so highly deposited. I deposited so much and lost so much money on that one account. We shall see what the verdict is. In your case you are taking out 14k, which is a lot but still not reasonable to hold if you don’t have any other accounts. I’m only taking out 2800 which isn’t much compared to how much I’ve put into the account. Let’s see how far this goes

I had a very similar experience with them. When I won a significant amount, my account was suddenly suspended and I couldn’t access my winnings. After about two weeks, they reinstated the account but restricted my withdrawals to only $1,000 per day.

I was never found to have done anything wrong. They gave me the same excuse about having a "multiple account," which was completely untrue. I had one account and had deposited and lost a substantial amount through that account.

That’s why I’m starting to believe this isn’t an isolated incident. It seems to be a recurring pattern: when someone wins a significant amount, their account gets flagged, withdrawals are delayed or restricted, and they use the multiple-account explanation.

I’m not saying this is definitely what’s happening behind the scenes, but at this point it certainly feels intentional, especially if the casino is having liquidity issues.

I agree, i have lost way more than i won as well on that site, just pissed them off when i hit a max win and doing everything they can not to pay, at this point i am sure they are putting some fraudulent work in to blame us, makes me feel good to see there are other complaints about our situation, shows their practices are not trustworthy as a casino. Also funny to see on trustpilot they have offered people free spins to leave 5 star reviews. They had over 100 reviews in a span of 12 hours to overtake the negative ones lol makes me laugh at how unethical they are. I hope we both win our cases.

Two similar complaints about second accounts definitely raise questions. I’d really like to see what evidence the casino provides before judging either case.

They just replied back mentioning the handed their evidence im very curious to see what they are showing as evidence to the mediator. At least you were able to receive your money through limited withdrawal but they are not willing to pay me and i can swear on my kids i have never opened a duplicated account.

yep! Its more than 2 complaints you can look at the cases opened now and there has been around 4-5 of these. Im waiting to see what they provided as well to the mediator and i hope she can share it with me to debunk their fraud.

Hi, If this post is for me, then thanks for this reply. I understand you don't know about any possible second account on your side and I respect that. So I'm also interested to see which scenario has occurred from the casino's perspective. The mediator will look at that very closely.

Do i have a chance to review their evidence once the mediator takes a look before making any decision as i know i will challenge any lies they are planning to come up with and will fight it. The fact that all this casino’s complaints are the same topic when someone wins and gets locked out shows something’s off. We are being victims of fraud.

You are welcome. I understand your perspective, and I think we will have more to discuss once the casino joins the complaint. We can have our opinion, and the casino support likely has theirs too. Perhaps they acted based on some events we may not be familiar with now. It all will be looked into.

Holy shit im happy to see i'm not the only one getting screwed by these thieves, i just had a similar issue on Saturday after i won a clean 6200$ without a bonus on Etheryl and my account got blocked. My VIP manager is ignoring me and told me to be patient while my account is under review! Now that i came here and see that many canadians are having the same issue and getting blamed for multi account openings is kind of scary as i only have one account with them. They even bribed me by going on Trust pilot last month and leaving them a positive review to receive a no deposit bonus. I knew something was off!! From the looks it seems i need to wait 2 weeks before opening a complaint so if i don't hear back in the next few days that's what i'll do. Best of luck to everyone
