I've seen your complaint. We keep trying to help, but the casino isn't cooperating. Michal wrote to them but got nothing more from them. So I don't know what's going to happen next, but I'm not happy about it. 

I keep hoping that things will change and they will provide more but if not, they will get black points which will affect the safety index.

So that's a pretty good thing I'd say. Crypto is pretty fast, so having money by now is not bad at all.

Because we have a rule that allows one user review per casino per account. According to what I saw you were also sent a reason, so it was not without it.

This guys are pure scammers. Fair rate is 1.0. after two months waiting to be verified they locked my account, on chat help is zero, saying to wait response on mail that never comes.

Have you thought about filing a complaint?

same here, they never reply via mail. They claim I use automated software which is just bs I just play normally. Such a random claim! And they dont allow players from ur countrie somewhere hidden in ToS but dont block IP let u sign up and pick ur country and deposit and play but then lock your account if you win a little bit and keep EVERYTHING like they dont even respond to at least refund deposit. Never used VPN either to deceive them they just want u to play so they can keep ur money! And make up shit about automation just so it sounds worse! Scammers. Support useless. email does not reply for weeks.
