I would personally say it is quite usual when there is no wagering or one-time wagering. Yet it may be somehow misinterpreted, I reckon. Of course, I'll get it checked.

I made a deposit with prior confirmation that it was not a sticky bonus, but it was in fact a sticky bonus.


I am having trouble withdrawing much of my balance because of this.

You know, you should do that anytime. There was the very same situation in another casino, and as I'm sure you know, we used the same definition as the casino itself. 🤷‍♂️ So, how does it look on the casino's side, please?

Yes. Bonuses were sticky unless otherwise stated.

However, the casino guru explained to me that the bonus I used was an exception and not sticky.

Yes. When I selected this bonus on the casino page, I did not specify that it was a sticky bonus.

Therefore, I made the deposit assuming that the casino guru's information was up to date.

(I can't see it because I already took advantage of the bonus)

The only ones that aren't are those who have a wager.

Non-sticky with unlimited removal often.

Avoid casinos that offer a wager + limited withdrawal. There, for me, it is seriously exaggerated to put so many restrictions

yes I sometimes use bonuses. especially if my deposit is small or to try out a casino.

Sticky bonuses with withdrawal x5 or more, I sometimes take them.

What I don't like are bonuses with a limited wager + withdrawal (I'll skip those ones directly).

Or those with a sticky bonus and x5 limited cashout, that's really little.

Some casinos offer sticky bonuses +unlimited withdrawals, I think they are the best

I believe that whenever you make a deposit and get a bonus, your withdrawal shouldn't be limited at all. I'd accept this only to no deposit bonuses. I can't imagine playing, winning a huge amount (being extremely lucky), but not getting it paid out just because I agreed with a bonus terms...Such cases happened, will happen and they're always very sad 😕

Håll dig bara borta från detta smutsiga kasino. Jag har satsat över €1,25 miljoner. Jag hade väldigt tur i början. Men sedan gick det fort och allt och mer gick förlorat.


Leaderboarden är ett absolut skämt, åtminstone om du spelar med lite högre insatser. Du har ENDAST rätt till bonusarna om du:


  • har inget saldo (<0,20 €)
  • har inte begärt några utbetalningar (max. utbetalningar €5000/vecka, jag förlorade tusentals euro bara på grund av detta skit)
  • Om veckan går och det fortfarande finns utbetalningar på gång, förfaller bonusen


Så om jag har tur har jag inte rätt till min månatliga bonus på 1 500 € eller min veckobonus på 500 € (vilket är priset för förstaplatsen).

Efter att jag förlorat runt 20 000 € rapporterade jag till support om mina absolut skoningslösa sessioner. Partiellt spelat ner €3000-4000 utan bonus (bonusvärde €240!!!), utan träffar. Bara döda snurr. Samma skript/procedurer för spelsessioner upprepade sig. Olika dagar, olika tider. Om en bonus någonsin kom var det 15-30x. Efter mest bonus var det vanligtvis 20-30 dead spins eller 50 spins utan några vinster, dvs max insats tillbaka.

Eftersom jag har varit en trogen kund i ca 2 månader bad jag om en bonus. Det enda som följde var uttalandet att förhoppningsvis skulle det bli bättre för mig snart och att du inte skulle kunna tillgodoräkna mig någon form av bonus. Jag får min rakeback och de andra bonusarna (dagligen/veckovis/månadsvis).

Vid något tillfälle märkte jag också att historikfunktionen i min huvudslot inte fungerade, på flera veckor och fortfarande än idag! Det betyder att det inte finns något riktigt sätt att förstå hur dåliga sessionerna faktiskt var.

Snälla - Alla som spelar lite högre insatser. Egentligen borde allt över €2-4 undvika detta casino. Om du faktiskt vinner kommer du att vänta för evigt på pengarna, även om du har tålamodet! Kasinot försenar också medvetet utbetalningen eller försöker dra ut på tiden!


Jag kommer inte att ge ett öre mer för detta kasino. Detta luktar misstänkt av avsiktlig manipulation.


Tillägg: Många av mina första lyckade pass. Avbröts. Spelet lades i princip på och startade sedan om. Jag tror inte att jag behöver berätta för någon hur passet gick efteråt. Att krascha precis innan bonusen var inte heller ovanligt!

Im almost new to this site, I read you review at this site before I deposited. Today I was googling around about this casino DepositWin, due withdrawal problems. I have played there since 9:th of April. I read the rules completely and have also got confirmation that the withdrawal is on its way (I pretty sure they are not due a big different tone in emails with the support team). Not really. I deposited in bitcoin and withdraw with bitcoin and there is always a transaction hash from those transactions. I have asked for the transaction hash for few days and don’t understand why they don’t want to give it to me.. I asked why my transaction says "in progress" and why I doesn’t say processed.
