I have been attempting to withdraw funds from the casino since November 3rd via Skrill which is my verified payment method and the one that I used to make my deposit. They have now removed Skrill as an option for withdrawing.
Every time I try they tell me that it has been rejected and there is a technical error that they are looking into and that I didn't enter my email when doing the withdrawal which I have attached a screen grab of to show I did. I have also attempted to use crypto and card to withdraw, this was also rejected despite the casino support promising that they would process it for me if I used these methods.

Yes the "no deposit bonus" could be tricky. You can play with the bonus without making a deposit, but later on to make a withdrawal of your winnings from this "no deposit bonus" you have to make a deposit. It is actually a standard procedure in most of the casinos.

It is not unusual that a casino would change, add or remove payment methods. Daddy Casino is a brand new casino that hasn't been proven by time so probably they are still doing their best to make the experience of each player better and better. Also this casino has got very good safety index so it's a good sign.
So how are you going with your complaint so far? I saw that the casino representative actually explained what could have happened. Have you tried that suggestion yet?

They then said to use Crypto - Cancelled again
They then said use card which they also made me verify - this was repeatedly cancelled. It has been a month and now 30 attempts to withdraw - All using methods they have asked me to.
There seems to be no way to withdraw. I have an on-going complaint and even the way they have asked me to withdraw via that get cancelled. Anyone else had an issue or played here?

Have you tried to contact their support directly? Because I know situations when my cards were not appropriate for some my cashouts, but always were other options.

I can see that you are slowly running out of methods to withdraw.
However, I also saw your complaint and screenshots that it is still stuck at the same point. Did the casino give you some other alternative and it's still rejected in the end ? What alternative did the casino recommend to you now ? Do you have a pending withdrawal or is everything always rejected right away ?

They keep just saying to do it via card and then cancel it within a few hours of my request. They have had verification of both skrill and card. I was previously told to try skrill and crypto. I know they are a new casino but after a month of this I would have hoped they could at least process a simple skrill withdrawal. Given they have the ability to take a deposit it seems odd they can't send a withdrawal.
I think it's been going on for quite a long time and you're just going round in circles. I don't understand what could be behind the casino recommending a method and then rejecting the withdrawal.
However, you still have an open complaint and I firmly believe that this saga will end happily. I will wish you well.
So you aren't helping, what you are doing is allowing the casino to continue their cycle of not actually paying out. Attached is three screen grabs worth of me attempting to withdraw via the methods they suggest and then them rejecting it because they have technical issues.
I do not believe a casino can have technical issues with, Skrill, card and Crypto for three months solid. I also do not think it is right that a casino doing this should have such a high rating on your site - it seems highly negligent on your part and I assume that you get some sort of kick back from them or this simply doesn't make any sense.
I have requested it one last time but if it is rejected I will be seeking legal advice as this company has not only stolen my money but as my personal documents which I am highly uncomfortable with. They have also changed their URL which seems highly suspicious as they are a new casino?
