When going through the KYC, they have asked for a document to prove I own my crypto wallet. They said they cannot pay me my winnings without it.

As everyone knows, you only control a crypto wallet with a private key, which I am obviously not going to give them.

I won $20,000, so this looks like a clear attempt by them not to pay me my winnings by asking me for something that doesn't exist.

If they believe proof of ownership of a crypto wallet can be in a document, then they are incredibly stupid.

So to sum up, they are either scamming thieves, or they are incredibly stupid.

If they don't pay me my winnings soon, I will have to take legal action against their company.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem as me? Last week, I initiated a withdrawal and they asked me to provide proof of my deposit. I explained to them multiple times that I deposited virtual currency through a third-party platform, but it seemed like they were unwilling to accept it. However, I used my own account for the withdrawal. Is this not allowed? I did not see any similar statement in their Terms. Perhaps they are deliberately finding excuses to hack my account, and I don't know if they will eventually hack me. Let's wait and see.

I deposited through virtual currency because I didn't have any balance in my virtual currency wallet at the beginning. I found out that the platform could make deposits through virtual currency, so I found a third-party platform to purchase virtual currency. I asked them to deposit it directly into the designated address on the platform, and they also provided me with proof of deposit.

The platform said that this deposit certificate is not valid and must be a transaction screenshot from my wallet, but virtual currency itself is anonymous and cannot have its own identity information. However, I used my own wallet address for withdrawal, and I also provided a screenshot of my wallet, but they still require me to provide a screenshot of my deposit. I don't know why they seem to pretend not to understand, maybe they just don't want to pay.

I think this is ridiculous because virtual currency is anonymous and transactions only have hash codes. I also provided proof of deposit, but it was not transferred through my wallet. I really regret not transferring it to my wallet first. Maybe the platform won't use this excuse to block my money, and I should be blacklisted, after all, they don't want users to win money.

I have submitted my deposit certificate, but they are still deceiving themselves. They actually asked me to provide a virtual currency deposit certificate with a name on it. As we all know, virtual currency is anonymous, which is ridiculous. They only have such inferior means.

I have contacted customer service several times, and even they said my certificate is not a problem. They have repeatedly reported it to their payment department, but they still refuse to process it. They are simply robbers. I have all the process screenshots and chat records, but their customer service support is still good. At least they are not fools and will not deceive themselves.

Perhaps the problem they have is that you don't withdraw to the same wallet as you made your deposit, but I am not sure, really.

Actually, live chat has nothing to do with withdrawals, and they are not able to really know about the provided documents.
