Sedan undersökte jag casinot och stötte på Casino Guru, där jag såg att de inte ens hade en licens. 

Sedan var det problemet att jag registrerade mig på min mail googlemail.com och Google ändrade den till Gmail.com och de trodde inte på mig att det var jag eftersom jag registrerade mig på googlemail.com

So, next time it would be best to start from the beginning, like "I had received a bonus by email saying it was unlimited cashout but lately I realized it was a "play now deposit later offer"... I honestly do not know what seems to be the problem with the bonus you started this conversation with, was there any at all? 🙂

Did you solve the Gmail issue by the way? I do not believe that Google would change your email domain without any notice, any chance that you're talking about the auto-filling text feature that Chrome si massively provides, instead of Google itself?

Hello. Today my account was closed and the money in it was stolen. More or less around 4,500 Euro. The reason for the closure was the use of unauthorized software. This is a lie. As long as I played, it wasn't a problem. Today I ordered a withdrawal which was rejected and after a while the account was closed. This was the main reason. Withdrawal request. Apparently they didn't like it. I warn other players. Don't give your money to these thieves.

The reason customer "Azael" has been banned is because of the points 14 and 32 of our T&C, precisely, this customer was using an artificial intelligence software (and not only) to place the so-called "fork bets" in sportsbook.

This is strictly forbidden on our site. 

That's why his account was permanently closed and we paid him the last deposit - (minus) 15% administrative costs (applied only in case of account closure for fraudulent activity).

On our site, thousands of customers win and withdraw their winnings every day, and every one is paid. But we have zero tolerance to the ones who use fraudulent activities.

However, as we mentioned above, the last deposit of this customer also has been paid.

Because of confidential reasons, in continuation we will provide only a part of the proofs that this customer was using an AI to place the so-called "fork bets".

All these are automatic bets calculated by an artificial intelligence software in order to take benefits from the so-called "fork bets".

It's a lie. I have never used any software. I'm good at what I do and I don't need to use additional software, and what you show here is no evidence. You are frauds. I repeated bets because you did not allow me to play for higher stakes, and if it is possible to repeat bets, it is not a crime. You need to block the possibility of repeating the bet.

You had not any limitation of 1.05 or 3.66 or 4.44 or 4.88 or 5.84 or other limits...we have evidence that all these bets were automatic bets, placed in number of thousands in just few days.

You were stake-restricted so you placed many bets on the same event to have a decent total stake? I also repeat bets, there are sites that apply a cooldown before you can repeat a bet, normally 30 seconds and if you already reached the liability a bookie can take on a market they simply reject the bet because a max (total) bet amount has been reached, and you simply can't bet anymore on the same event.

Repeating bets is something really normal, and of course a sharp player will repeat bets if there are good odds offered, of course if a player is exclusively betting this way it's suspicious, if you were doing this in every single market your bet on then I would say it's normal if suspicions arise. For every 100 markets I bet on, I probably repeat bets in less than 5, doing it systematically and repeatedly could mean a player is arbing and bookies definitely do not like arbers, but voiding a balance and returning just the deposit is excessive, I suppose the accusation of using third party software to place bets made the restriction this severe, still wouldn't bet here if I was looking for a bookie

Is it truly that serious to place thousands of bets automatically at such low stakes? Were these covered bets (backing side 1, then backing side 2)? If this is the case I would definitely understand the ban
