Hello. I can understand your frustration, but as Radka has already mentioned, unfortunately without a proof there is nothing to do. And we do not put casinos on any blacklist because keeping them there does not really give anyone more detailed information, we want everything to be visible to everyone with all the details.

The least you can do is lower their rating. Their rating was 4.1 last week and it's still 4.1 despite you closing some complaints because of no response. Why don't you lower the rating further?
