They don't care at all. A member of their customer support team told me in their Telegram group, 'Who cares about this rating? We're still getting plenty of new players.' This is clearly a scam platform
I get this, especially in this situation; the review sold work as a warning for you, the players. You should stay away in the first place. 🙁 Of course we know the casino doesn't care.
