Greetings, I'm sorry you're waiting and don't know what to do next. Anyway, my question is, did the casino tell you why they rejected your withdrawals? Did you have to verify yourself and send documents or not? 

As for Pix and your question, from what I've seen, it shouldn't be the same. Is there a problem and you can't provide what they are asking for?
