I already told you in my previous reply that I would definitely open a complaint. I don't want to promise you anything up front, but I also don't think I would be okay with what you sent and would do nothing. When you have evidence in your favour, our team will look at it, evaluate it and try to help. But I'm not going to say anything for sure. 

Anyway, I would definitely try and go for it. After all, you don't give anything for a complaint if it turns out anyway.

I do not recommend this casino to anyone. They are simply deceiving people. They do not pay either players or partners. They are very nasty guys. They do not compromise. I also do not recommend working with wolfpack partners, they are the advertiser themselves.

everything is correct, we worked with them in October. nothing has been paid at the moment. initially there was one agreement and then they changed it unilaterally. now we are preparing documents for the court because it is a fraud. we communicate in the community with other teams that worked with them and they were also deceived there. thanks for the link.

Hej, jag har väntat på en utbetalning på 550 € sedan den 29 juli 2025. Betalningen fanns redan på mitt bankkonto och höll på att behandlas. Fram till idag, den 8 augusti 2025, har betalningen försvunnit. Betalningen behandlas inte längre, men den kan inte heller hittas. Pengarna är osäkra. Pengarna har inte heller återförts till mitt konto. Chatten tvekar hela tiden. De har nu vidarebefordrat detta till "ekonomiavdelningen". Klagomål har lämnats in till alla partners.

Hmm, what you're describing is quite strange. Are you saying that you received money in your account and then it disappeared? How is that possible? Have you contacted the payment provider?

Has anyone from the finance department contacted you yet, or at least told you when they would?

Betalningen syntes på mitt bankkonto. Jag skrev till min bank, och de sa att auktoriseringen saknades. Betalaren måste slutföra eller auktorisera transaktionen. Detta har inte hänt än, och idag har auktoriseringen löpt ut. Kasinot vill att jag ska fortsätta be min bank att kreditera betalningen, och min bank säger att ingen betalning har gjorts ännu.

Bitkingz bad mig om ett kontoutdrag från 31 juli till 10 augusti för att kontrollera om betalningen hade kommit fram. Jag gav Bitkingz ett kontoutdrag, men ingenting har hänt än, och ingen vet var pengarna är. Väldigt konstigt.

Kasinot kommer inte att göra några ytterligare utredningar förrän banken gör ett officiellt uttalande om den "inkommande transaktionen". Först då verkar de vilja kontrollera om pengarna ens har släppts av betalningsleverantören. Det är ganska nedslående.

Jag har redan lämnat detta kontoutdrag till casinot. Casinot vill ha ett officiellt uttalande från banken om denna enda transaktion, där det anges att den inte kan hittas. Ingen betalning har hittats i kontoutdragen sedan den 31 juli 2025. Casinot vet att denna betalning inte har krediterats mitt konto och antar att den ligger någonstans på banken.
