Irina now says I don’t have any open withdrawals at this moment…. She said that in live chat. But I definitely have two withdrawals that aren’t processed yet. The status is set to OK long time ago, but still no money has arrived.

And now Irina says the money had been sent to my preferred payment method… But that’s not true! They never sent any money!

Where can I send screenshots of the live chat conversation. It looks like Betsolino is playing another game to keep their costumers in doubt!

I have some pretty good news, as they failed to respond to the local authorities, the investigation on fraud has been sent to the authorities in the UK. We will make these scammers pay.

Now they returned my withdraw and said i have not wagered it 3 times but im pretty sure i wagered 150€ before i made the withdraw and now they wont tell me how much more i have to wager. lol

I contacted live support and instead of automated reply now they told me that i have not wagered enough but for me it just sounds like another excuse, they refuse to tell me how much i have to wager

Lets hope the authorities will do the right thing! Also in live chat with me today they didn’t give fixed answers… Irina wasn’t friendly neither but she said the will investigate it with the bank!

They told me i have to wager 100€ to make my withdraw so i wagered it and lost 20€ in the processs but i requested another withdraw for 97€ now. Lets see if they will pay it or not.
