And still a score of 6.3 on casino guru… frustrating and unbelievable! Betsolino also have a banner at the bottom of the website with a link to casino guru, are they having a partnership?

Same with 5bonuses, a very high score. Just unbelievable, seems that not only casino, but Casino guru profits together with these scammers.

I did a research and found nothing related to that casino. For me was a red flag so for now i will stay away from that casino.

Det är - ABSOLUT NÖDVÄNDIGT - som CasinoGuru äntligen betygsätter detta Casino Betsolino som det borde vara med en röd 0,0!

Människor förlorar pengar och antalet ökar för varje dag. Jag är säker på att det kommer att bli fler.

I understand that everyone would like the casino to have an even lower safety index, but unfortunately the procedures are such that the complaints have to end in the casino's disadvantage. It is not possible to adjust it if they are still open. I hope that this will happen soon, because so far almost nothing has been resolved. Unfortunately, it will take some time. 😕

Hello, we always try to find out what has happened and when we have gathered all the necessary information, we contact the casino. So far, the casino hasn't cooperated with us much from what I've seen, so I don't know how it will be in your case, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I absolutely cannot understand why Casino guru makes zero action while tens of people report that their hard earned money is scammed.

I do understand if it would be 1-2 people not receiving their money, then yes, it is pretty understandable to wait and find out how things will escalate, but now there are many of us and the amount of money is increasing every single day. And the rating of both Betsolino and 5bonuses are still pretty decent.

We always receive the same messages in the forum "Please fill a complaint", "Please wait 14 days for the casino to make the payment" and so on. I have waited for 8 weeks, NOTHING is happening. You know, I am kinda starting to get a feeling that Casino guru also benefits from attracting people to this casino, because this zero reaction policy and such tolerance is just not understandable. And in the end complaint is unresolved, Casino guru says that cannot do anything, because casino ignores the complaint, while they are the ones that promoted the casino with a pretty decent rating.

As far as I know Askgamblers gave this casino a horrible rating as soon as complaints started to appear. Casino guru do better.

We have a process for when the safety index changes, so whether it's one player or 10, we try to do what we can for everyone. We mainly recommend the player's experience because when a casino is new and we don't have a lot of experience with it, the safety index doesn't have a way to move. Unfortunately, when a new casino comes and burns it down like this, everyone is sorry. I wouldn't want to wait that long for my money either. But when they ignore us, there's nothing else to do. Of course, the complaint needs to be closed so that somehow it is reflected in the form of black points. In your case only once, but the casino at least answered the complaint, in the case of this casino not so much, so theoretically you are a little better off than the other players. As long as we see the possibility to solve it, we will not close the complaint and if the casino does not answer one week, we will extend the timer for another one. If they fail to do so, then everything will be closed.

Well, since the complaints are still pending, the safety index will not move for the time being. I think I have explained this several times. 

Also, just because they have a banner on their site doesn't mean we have a partnership with them. I remember a casino that had a safety index of 1 and had a similar banner. But we can't force a casino that doesn't communicate to take it down because they are not going to change it. Of course, when the review was bad, it was probably clear to everyone how it was.

I am worried about how it will all be when gradually all complaints are closed as unresolved. I really thought that the casino would cooperate with us and that there really is a delay and the players will be paid. Now, I wouldn't believe these words so much if you are waiting for quite a long time. However, there is nothing left to do but to keep informing and pushing the casino and hopefully something will change. I wish we could help more. 😕

Normally, I don't believe that they have contacted us and therefore that they will try to find out what is going on. That's good news and I hope you get the money. 

However, I wonder why it is not the same for the other players. 😕
