Such situations are never pleasant if they occur and the casino knows nothing. I think a lot of players would like at least some kind of answer as to what happened.

uttaget kom till fel nätverk dagen efter (30 oktober) men nu märkte jag att uttaget inte syns i sajtens uttalande (jag bifogade en skärmdump i klagomålet) så det är något fel. Jag anmälde det till Betpanda support och de ser det inte ens.... faktum är att jag har kvittot på uttaget via e-post
