Made an account just to join the discussion for this website.

So any successful withdrawals at Betovo will likely take 7 days.

Upon receiving my withdrawal I asked customer support to close my account. They said they will get back to me on this. After one week I instead received an email from Betovo Support saying I had free spins on some slot. No mention of closing my account. If you would like to keep your sanity and money safe I would suggest not depositing into this site.

What you described here is a usual business tactic, you know. They try to keep their players this way.

Only if you state in your request to close the account that it is due to gambling issues should they close it right away, and of course, never send emails like this.

So, what was the reason for closing the account, if you don't mind me asking?

Hello.


I have question. I’m with Betovo for couple of days (7) and through initial badluck (loosing 5 000€) a managed to get to huge winnings and won 350 000€. I verified my account and was able to withdraw 5 000€ and hit my weekly limit. They seem to be collaborative (for now) in sending me 1000€ daily, but they are not willing to cut any deal to send me more - i have asked politely, tried to offer that im willing to pay a fee, but nothing worked.


Any experience or suggestion that i should try/do or i have to be patient and lucky and spend hopefully next 18 months withdrawing day by day?

Hej, om ett casino har några begränsningar måste de ofta hålla sig till dem.

Det hände nästan aldrig eller bara sällan att casinot ökade dem för spelaren.

Hi, I saw by the complaints that so far two players are also facing the same problem as you.  

A week would be quite enough for me, but I would like to add right away that we give the casino 14 days to resolve such a process. 

So if they told you that they have some delay and therefore a backlog then I would try to wait for some more time. 

If nothing is resolved and the casino has not let you know what is happening with your money, then you can come back and file a complaint. 

You think you can stick it out?

Hej, jag satte in pengar med Apple Pay, och namnet wchiefs visas som betalningsmottagare, vilket de inte accepterar. De vill ha ett officiellt kontoutdrag med insättningsuppgifterna. Men jag skickade det till dem. Jag har nu skickat dem 30 dokument, som alla säger samma sak. Jag skickade dem också en video som visar vem mottagaren är när man betalar med Apple Pay... Men allt ignoreras, så jag kan glömma min uttagsbegäran på 800 euro. Det är en komplett bluff.

So even if the name might sound more like a rocket or some kind of terminal, it’s a legitimate and regulated bank—just in a more modern format.

(That said, it’s worth noting that N26 has had issues with customer support in the past and has withdrawn from some markets (like the US and UK). But legally and regulatorily, it is definitely a bank.)

Hey, and I also upload my payslip (not accepted) my bank statement (not accepted) my creditcard statement (not accepted.

they accepted the Apple Pay deposit with my bank statement: but they not accepted my adress with this statement. I can cry. I never had this problem in 15 years of playing.

and the verify system I go through said it’s all okay I am verified. And then 2 hours later. It was manually rejected by the team. file

Oh, I feel the frustration in the air. So basically, there is a huge inconsistency in what the casino support has been doing, and as far as I can tell, there are not enough clear instructions or guidance.

Or do you have any clues besides that N26 is not enough bank for the casino? Usually the hardest part consists of finding the exact problem the casino has not been ready to explain and then proceeding with alternatives... Speaking of which, how long have you been verifying yourself in this casino, please? When did this odyssey begin?

Hittills har de hjälpt mig med verifieringen och jag har redan begärt ett uttag. Det enda de sa till mig är att den dagliga gränsen är 600, vilket inte verkar särskilt bra tycker jag. Jag kommenterar igen när de har gjort betalningen. Förresten, deras chattsupport är mycket bra i och med att de svarar snabbt och löser problem.

Like others, they won't let me do any Withdrawels.

Because of that, I asked them to shut down my account, and pay out my money.

But they just come up with some new verification ideas witch is nonsense.

I've given them all the asked for multiple times.

I'm stuck with €1000 and any help is much appreciated.
