I think in general, if you played in a casino without a local license, most likely the casino does not check NRA. Thus, you were allowed to play.
So, can you specify the timeline? When did you register in NRA, when did you register in the casino (which one), and so on?

This was on October 22nd when I requested the cashout and was promised they would send that to me. Two hours later, my account is locked out and I have to send in 10 different documents and have a phone call with them. I read online that this is a typical procedure of bet365 to delay payments, not to pay out their customers, and or have no regard for anyone. I was hospitalized last Saturday night due to cancer spreading into my spleen. In case you didn't know, I have stage 4 breast cancer and was told I have 1 week to 3 months to live. At this point, I'm not sure how I would be able to get my money to my kids once I pass away? It's not a substantial amount of money, but at this point its about the principle. Honestly, this site shouldn't be allowed to operate in Iowa or anywhere by the way they have treated me. This is literally the last thing I want to be doing while going through what I'm going through. I have requested them close my account multiple times which they will not and wanted the rest of my funds to be deposited back into a card ending in 2340 which I showed ownership of the account.

There are new rules from the Gambling Commission about 30 day net deposits. Bear with me as it it get a bit complicated. eg,Simple version is 1st of month you deposit £50 (Monthly limit £500) and on same day you withdraw £1000. On 30th of month you deposit £450 and lose it all but your net deposits are +£500. Now on 1st of next month you are only allowed to deposit £50 for the rest of the month because the 30 day rolling net deposits has now expired. This has happened to me and Bet365 have decided I have a problem gambling and shut my account permanently after 14 years. Anybody having issues with this 30 day rolling net deposits?. Is this not encouraging people to leave money in their account or place bigger deposits before time runs out.

Unfortunately I can not access any statements made by them and the rest of the conversation was done over the phone. I tried just to simplify the transactions as a theory because over a 30 day rolling net deposits it can get complicated if you are making regular withdrawals and deposits. 1 day you could be way in profit on net deposits and the next day you are over your monthly limit and then a couple of days later you could be way in front again and the next day over the limit again. Now a month is not a month it is a 30 day rolling period so it is easy to lose track of dates even though you know how much you have withdrawn and deposited but to them they just see a red flag when you reach your deposit limits.
I surely get the point of what you describe here. I really would like to see what other players think of that as well.🤔
