Ursäkta, det är min stavningskontroll som har bytt namn, bookmakern heter egentligen "Bcasino", jag väntar, för hittills har ingen kontaktat mig. Varje ny uppdatering kommer jag hit för att berätta.

Hello, in short, SWIFT is the name of the overall messaging system, and BIC is the code used for the system—or the 'Bank Identifier Code'. Both terms are used interchangeably to describe the code, or even the system. This means that if you request your SWIFT or BIC code, you'll receive the exact same 8-11 digit number.

This will obviously need to be filled in when you make a withdrawal at the casino. If you have a problem with this, I recommend you try to ask the support if you have done everything correctly or how you should do it, for example where to enter it.

Hi, it's possible they haven't gotten to them yet or they're still checking. 5 days would seem like quite a lot to me. What documents did you send to the casino? 

However, I have to add that we give casinos 14 days to sort out KYC, so you're not even halfway there yet. It's an important process so you'll have to be patient and let us know when you know if you've been through it successfully.

Bcasino defrauded me out of $5, offered me a bonus then only delivered 9.09% of the bonus (7 spins out of 77). They don't respond to me anymore by chat or email, when they did they just lied to me that they gave me the spins but can check my account history and bonus ids etc. Think I'm blocked from their chat now cause last two times i've tried it does this:

I really do not know what to add to this. The problem is that the casino has closed as far as we know. I am curious if this explains why they stopped talking. Please let me know when was the last time you spoke with someone from this casino. Thank you.
