I won 240 euros with a 5 euro no deposit bonus. Apparently I can only withdraw 100 euros.

No problem with that, I understand max withdrawal rules.


However, I'm not so hopeful about getting my money after reading all about this casino here. I did follow the 10% rule by only betting max 0,5€ bets and somehow still cleared the ridiculous 60x wager limit, but I have now waited two whole days for verification.


By the way, I took screenshots of the entirety of my betting history just in case.


The support staff speaks broken English and are really, really, really rude. They are telling me that first the verification will take 3-5 days and withdrawal 3-5 business days after that.


I doubt I will see the money, but I will keep you guys updated.

Okay, I just had the most confusing customer support experience:

Hello there!

I'm amazed you've made the 60x wagering and, at the same time, managed to win more than the max cashout! That's awesome!

For the withdrawal aka deposit, well... 😀

The terms we got say "Deposit is mandatory for any withdrawal requests" I feel it is about a technical setup rather than for withdrawal option verification.

On the other hand, the support guy should be more informative!

The T&C is formulated in the way that you should have made a deposit at least once to withdraw. So I should be okay. The support advisor was trying to make me deposit more and was intentionally misleading me. Still no sign of payment, and I doubt there will be.

I think I understand why you feel purposely misled. I would focus on getting the winnings preferably without any other necessary deposits. I know it may sound dumb, but still, I would wait for a few more working days. If nothing happens by Monday, then, I would start preparing for a possible complaint against the casino.

I think you are absolutely right. I am willing to wait until Monday.


At the very least my account is fully verified and ready to receive withdrawals, so that is always a plus. We will see how the money business goes, but I feel very confident because I know for a fact that I can prove I have not broken any rules. :--)


At the end of the day this IS an MGA casino, but I have seen a few rogue ones (BetsAmigo - I'm looking at you) in my day.

I must say you're correct with the BetsAmigo - it kind of a very bad example of a casino licensed under the MGA.

Jag gjorde en insättning på 50 reais med dem, jag fick en bonus ovanpå den insättningen som inte hindrade mig från att spela på candyland roulette, jag satsade 1 real på varje bonus och slutade med att vinna en jackpot på 1000 reais, och med de pengarna slutade jag med att göra omsättningen de bad om, jag gjorde hela omsättningen och vann totalt 2600 reais, sedan, när jag begärde ett uttag, avbröt de alla mina intäkter och sa att jag inte uppfyllde kraven. Totalt nonsens för ett casino som äger Curacao. Jag ville veta hur jag kan agera inför denna ignorering av kunden.? Tack casinoguru.

So the problem is violating the max bet rule with an active bonus. Well, I checked the bonuses terms shown on the bonus page and found this:

Maximum bet: €4 or 10% of starting bonus value (lower value applies)You cannot bet more than €4 or 10% of the intitial value of your bonus while playing with bonus funds.

The lower of the two values applies. This bonus has a value of €5, so your maximum bet will be €0.5 (10% of €5), because it is lower than €4. If you break this rule, the casino may confiscate your winnings.

May I know what was the value of the bonus, please?

As far as the roulette is concerned, it should be as you say, but it has to be judged by the casino on the basis of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
