What was extraordinary about this situation? All evidence was submitted the same day the loss limit failed. BC.Game lied outright, claiming limits were set on June 26 instead of June 19. Faced with proof they could not disprove, they chose to stonewall Casino Guru rather than admit fault or cooperate. Is that what passes for an extraordinary situation?

I believe Kubo's summary explains everything, including the comment about the casino's approach, which I find extraordinary because they eventually stop providing clear answers.

I would not say this is normal.

It wasn't easy but after almost 3 months, they issued the refund. Won't make the mistake of playing there again. Not a recommended casino.

account blocked for over a month now. did absolutely nothing to deserve it. i'm a vip 27 and it's impossible to reach any human support. close to 2000 cad in my account that i can't withdraw. far and away the biggest bunch of scammers in the casino business

"you submitted a report that you were hacked" . 100% false. recovery team ignores you. complained at askgamblers and casinomeister, ignored me there too. complained here and got "we don't do sportsbooks"
