In that case, I would suggest you ask someone close to you to change the password in your account at this casino and never tell them what it is.
This way, you won't be able to log in ever again, even if the casino opens the account again.
What do you think, will you try it?
Oh, that's a nasty surprise, and I understand that you're worried. Frankly, this particular casino has not been very fair towards players; instead, they demonstrated very unfair confiscations of the players' winnings in the past. I'm sorry to say it, because I guess you have never seen its casino review: https://casino.guru/amonbet-casino-review 👈 but this casino should be avoided...
You are welcome to lodge a free complaint to challenge their actions; fair to say, though, I would not expect them to change the opinion.
I understand your question, but this casino is unlicensed, so what does that say about its legality? Just as I replied in the other thread:
Well, I was trying to say that once this casino decides not to pay the money, it's over. That's what we found, and that's why we warn against this casino and its sister sites.

So, I suggest waiting; three or four days are, in my opinion, not enough data to conclude.
Stay patient, please.
would like to file a complaint regarding the confiscation of my winnings by Amonbet following my withdrawal requests on 25 June 2024.
On that date, I deposited €50 and claimed a casino bonus. I completed the wagering requirements and then submitted several withdrawal requests, totalling €13,700. All of these withdrawals were rejected.
The casino later informed me that my winnings had been confiscated because I had allegedly exceeded the maximum allowed bet of €5 while wagering the bonus.
However, I believe this decision is unfair for the following reasons:
During the wagering process, I contacted Amonbet’s customer support several times to ensure that I was complying with the bonus requirements.
Their support agents informed me of my wagering progress and confirmed how much wagering remained.
I specifically asked whether I would be able to withdraw my balance after completing the wagering requirements, and their support agent replied that I would be able to do so.
In a later conversation, after checking my account, another support agent again confirmed that I could withdraw the funds in my account.
At no point during these conversations was I informed that my bonus had already become invalid due to an alleged breach of the maximum bet rule.
Only after my withdrawal requests were rejected was I told that my winnings had been confiscated.
Furthermore, although I have since seen a screenshot mentioning a €5 maximum bet rule, this restriction was not clearly presented to me when I accepted the bonus. I was never specifically warned about this limitation, nor was I prevented by the system from placing bets above €5.
I have asked Amonbet to provide:
the exact bonus that was active on my account on 25 June 2024;
the bonus terms that applied at that time;
proof that these terms were presented to me when I accepted the bonus;
my betting history;
and the exact game rounds, dates and stake amounts on which they base their decision.
To date, I have not received this information.
I respectfully request that you review this case and determine whether Amonbet acted fairly by confiscating my winnings, particularly considering the repeated confirmations from their own customer support that I would be able to withdraw my balance after completing the wagering requirements.
I can provide screenshots of the chat conversations, withdrawal history, and all correspondence with the casino to support my complaint.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Hi. Well, I don’t think I have particularly good news for you. I’ll probably start from the beginning, and I’ll respond to your points in the same order as you presented them.
You mentioned that you deposited 50 and managed to win quite a large amount, from what I can see. Even though you didn't mention it there and the casino accused you of something else, there’s one thing that always comes to my mind in situations like this: whether the casino had a maximum win limit for that bonus. For example, maybe you were only allowed to withdraw 10, 15, or 20 times the amount you deposited.
If you deposited 50 and won over 13,000, that seems like quite a large amount to me, and usually casinos don’t allow players to withdraw such a large sum from bonus funds. But maybe the terms and conditions of the bonus did allow it. I think that’s less likely, though.
It’s not necessarily the most important issue at the moment, since we’ll mainly be dealing with the Max Bet rule.
You also said that you contacted the live chat to make sure you were complying with the bonus terms. Based on the response you shared, though, it seems to me that the live chat understood your question as being about whether you were progressing through the wagering requirements correctly, because that’s the only thing you referred to from their response.
If they were only talking to you about wagering and nothing else, then perhaps there was simply a misunderstanding between you and the casino. I don’t think live chat agents would normally check whether you were violating specific bonus rules such as the Max Bet Rule or playing restricted games. Those things are usually checked when you request a withdrawal, or after you have completed the bonus requirements and the casino sees that you were playing with bonus funds. That’s when they typically review the account and check whether all the bonus conditions were followed. I don’t think live chat usually does these checks while you’re still playing.
I can see that you did violate the Max Bet Rule on some games, and I wonder whether you have any idea roughly how often this happened. Was it just a couple of times, or did it happen more frequently?
The problem is that rules like this are usually included in the casino’s Terms and Conditions. When you claim a bonus at almost any casino, the bonus terms themselves often don’t explain absolutely everything. They usually mention the wagering requirements, maximum cashout, and other basic information. However, whenever you play with a bonus, you should also check the full Terms and Conditions, and ideally the specific Bonus Terms and Conditions if the casino has them separately.
That’s where you’ll usually find rules such as the Max Bet Rule. Restricted games are also very important because some games simply aren’t allowed when playing with a bonus. However, the casino may still technically allow you to open and play those games. It’s something players have to check themselves, and I’d say this is how the vast majority of casinos operate.
So, unfortunately, I don’t think you would have much luck with our team or with opening a complaint either. Based on how I’ve explained the situation, I don’t think the casino has necessarily done anything wrong in this case.
For the future, I would definitely recommend checking these rules in advance. The casino generally isn’t obligated to tell you whether you’re violating a particular bonus condition while you’re playing. If you were violating a rule during wagering, I doubt they would necessarily notify you about it. If they did catch a violation during the wagering process, they could potentially cancel the bonus and void the winnings associated with it, although I don’t think that’s necessarily how it usually happens. More often, these issues are discovered when the bonus is completed and you request a withdrawal.
So, unfortunately, it is also the player’s responsibility to check these conditions carefully. In this particular case, I don’t think the casino has done anything wrong.
