I've only seen one complaint from June this year that was resolved and the player said he finally got the money. The others apparently nothing.

Hey I won 6k on one of their sister sites uestefday but realised after the fact I played a restricted game which is an exhaustive massive list. Most of the time those games are in the Terms and Conditions as the player below you said. Most of the time it's so that players have to check it out and there's no lock or anything like that.😕

They also add games to the list . If you look further on t&cs they reserve the right to add to the list so mayb wasn't restricted till you had a big win . People need to take note of the complaints and resolutions which are non existent. Its one thing depositing 30 40 50 quid amd losing it you can take that but to "win" thousands and have that taken away can do some mental damage and that's discusting and I don't understand how they continue to get away with it . I no longer gamble due to this which is 1 positive I took away .

Mine took about 2 months .. delays with verification .. the day my account was verified they removed my funds due to " restricted game" my account reached over 4000 but I kind of started to work out I wouldn't get my money so played down to 2500 before they removed . A representative acknowledged the amount played (approx 300) did not really justify removing all my money but then they stopped responding. I believe my complaint was one of the first of many . 1 thing I would do if I was still gambling is check here for ratings and complaints or ensure you ony play regulated sites .
