Hello, if we remove all the "bad" casinos from our selection, how could anybody know these are the best to be avoided, I wonder... What's happened to you, please?

Going through the same BS with 5gringos, took almost three weeks of constant emails, uploading of Confirmation of identification and Varifications of addresses, Utility Bills just to get to the, we are pleased to inform you that your withdrawal request is currently at its final stage of process and will be paid out by our financial department as soon as possible, then a day later, I get another email saying, your account has to pass additional verification, what BS left feeling Annoyed, Disappointed and Ripped off. They can receive my deposits instantly, yet it takes 24 to 48 hours for a half asre response and a month for a Confirmation that ends up being a renag 24 hours later, Absolute SCAMMERS! That's my Honest review, 5GRINGOS gets 0/10 Rating for me.

Undvik det med en bred koj, du kommer inte att kunna ta ut pengar därifrån!!! Ingen betalningsmetod fungerar!!! De är alla korrupta och får dig bara att vänta på obestämd tid. Avbrutna uttag räknas som insättningar och gör att du vänder på dem igen!!! Jag har väntat en månad på min betalning och jag kan inte vänta! Denna sida borde inte finnas och de anställda borde sitta i fängelse!!!

Jag började på detta casino och gjorde en första insättning på €50 och allt gick bra. Jag försökte göra en andra insättning på 50 € och det stod att den var avbruten, jag försökte ganska länge, tills jag bad om att få ta bort mitt konto. Nästa dag saknade jag €50 från mitt kort och kortet var låst på grund av skadlig programvara.

Jag skickade ett meddelande till deras support via e-post, jag skickade ett foto till dem på vem som tog ut pengarna via mitt kort. Dagen efter skickade de tillbaka mina pengar till kortet.

Im waiting from my withdrawal since 7 days i requested my withdrawal 17 February today is 24 February nothing as been processed i go to live chat they say every time the same thing soon as possible or nearest time or your withdrawal is in final stage.

Even they say " i will request a not to prioritise ur withdrawal " but nothing is done!

i sent email on 18 February too no one responded

Until know i see that they dint want to pay!

Based on your findings, the casino pays, but the user experience is bad - delayd payments icluded.

An example:

"Waited a week so far for a withdrawal and still can’t be told if and when I will be paid"

The optimistic version? Those guys are just slow 🙁. I imagine it must be painful, but if it helps, I'd say the payout should be a matter of time. Did you spot anything unusual aside from the obvious delay?

I didnt find anything unusual just the payments are slow and the live chat , the answers are generic and templates they dont care about the customer even if i ask to speak with a supervisor they send a email to speak but no one answers.

Unfortunately, many times the live chat doesn't know much regarding the withdrawals, which is maybe why they are not able to give you any specific answer. It is better to contact the financial department by email, but of course it is important for them to reply to their players, and if they don't, it becomes really frustrating. I surely get your point.

But anyway, is there any update regarding your withdrawal, by any chance?

No update regarding the withdrawal they say the same thing everytime, and this time said no updates about ur withdrawal i sent a email to financial department 18 February and im still waiting for an answer!!

I already lost hope and i advise to any new and old player to don't play their!

That's a shame, really. They should at least explain what the delay is caused by so you know. I believe that it is always best to communicate with players regarding this.
