Congratulations....it was 3 of us that were tagged on the message curacao sent but 1win managed to confuse Natalia into believing that I am Hafsat,I actually still didn't understand the situation well,but they said someone used my email adress to open another account with 1win,and curacao tagged us both,meanwhile we all have different complaints and we are different persons.

I emailed the casino on its official email, that the conversion in payment was higher that the normal rate.

I needed an explanation and correction, only for the casino to ask for my details that they needed to verify my account🤣🤣 I'm still wondering how they operate!

I got a response today, few hours after my complaint....what I'm curious about is....

....what does verifying my account has to do with conversion of currency?


I believe they are unprofessional with thier work!


The moment I send them my documents, they'll block my account and qoute the 9.7 phrase!


Anyway I do not have money with them,I already played the little amount off!

Hello,

normally I'd never said that I'm happy that you played away your balance, BUT in this case, I simply have to.

This casino ignores players' complaints through those we try to find out why player's accounts got blocked and their winnings unpaid. 🤯

I think that the most "favorite reason" is the rule 9.7 - multiple accounts is, right?

If I may, always check the casino's reputation in advance, much better ivesting some time to make sure the site is quite ok rather then spend months waiting for the money won in a bad casino.
